Great product
These are amazing. Installed them on my slab foundation home when I re tiled both bathrooms. I have had it in a year now and am 100% happy. I use a sun touch 7 day programmable thermostat.

Great for 5 years, then dead. Customer Service worthless.
I bought this through a local box bog store and installed in my bathroom. For 5 years it worked great then it stopped heating. No tripping of GFI nor errors given on thermostat- just no heat. After checking with my multimeter, I found the resistance was MUCH higher than when installed. I called customer service, which was a waste of 5 minutes. The uncaring rep said there's companies out there that might be able to find the problem. I asked what could cause this after working perfectly for 5 years. He didn't know. So basically they were zero help.My takeaway is that I'll be sticking with Schluter products from here. I wouldn't take a chance with anything else. Way too hard to repair/replace when something goes wrong.
