There is no other ac in the market that can match its specs for price , cooling performance is very good and is capable of working for long hours continuously . Only downside is instalation took time after delivery , we had to make multiple calls to get them to our location . Only issue is service after sale , I will reduce the rating if the service is bad later but as of now good product

The AC has proven to be incredibly practical, offering excellent value for its price range, especially considering it's an inverter AC.This unit fulfills all my requirements perfectly. Once you familiarize yourself with the settings for cooling, it works exceptionally well, providing a great user experience.Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient air conditioning solution.

I was in doubt first regarding this product but I was amazed at it's performance. Really a good one. You can go for it. I am already using a very well known branded one but after using it in another room I feel like this is really best and cheap compared to that one. Don't miss this product. Noise is less, ease of access is very very good, cooling is instant, you will be amazed, efficient one to go for.

I have been using this AC for the last month. It is working fine as of now. It is probably the best 3 star AC at an affordable price.

For a 3 star 1.5 ton AC, it's a fairly compact unit, with an aesthetic appearance which gets the work done quite brilliantly. I love the different modes it offers to save electricity without compromising on performance. It is also a dogged workhorse as at our home, it is kept switched on for at least 12 hours each day.It's been about more than a month and it still functions the same way as it did on the first day it was installed.The delivery, assistance, and installation by Amazon and Hisense was prompt and professional. Even the follow up and Customer Care Support was friendly and concerned enough.All in all, a great buy.

Good performance with a instant cooling. Service is nice, display information is easy to understand, Noise for on and off is good.

I have purchased hi-sense ac for the third time now, all of them are working fine. Noise levels are very low and energy consumption is low as well. Performance and efficiency is comparable to top level Japanese brands. That being said, their service network is severely under staffed and take 4-5 working days to respond. However they are well trained and do the job neatly. I give them 5 stars for the product.

I am going to write a long and detailed review on this product I have ordered in May-24. You need some patience to go through all that to exercise cautions before choosing the same. I've categorized them in 5 different segments to give y'all a better outlook of my whole experience with this as below:Packaging (4/5) - Normal and no good damage can be made as the units are comparatively lighter. Another big point comes if you are first one to deliver in the lot for the day or the last one. Not something big you can expect here.Delivery (1/5) - I have always had good expectations from Amazon over the other etailers for their working standards but I have been disappointed from time to time and specially with high end items where it should be the least. It reached to my last delivery point overnight but kept there for 48 hours for NO GOOD REASON. Just because the said delivery date was after 2 days there is no point keeping it in the warehouse for nothing, and that too when I have already requested for an earlier delivery if possible - citing SCORCHING SUMMER HEAT of May. The associates I've talked to were not really helpful (even in forwarding the concern to the delivery team) as I have already got the early delivery services many times before.. still they went on saying - "We can't help". I could not see a reason for not trying even after such a reasonable request. Got to know later that it was doable. Maybe Amazon does not want to make their "loyal" old customers happy ANYMORE!!Product with Exchange (0/5) - One thing to be noted very well that - DO NOT CHOOSE EXCHANGE option for ACs (in particular) or you may face the worst of the nightmares dealing with the same. Reason being, they want the AC to be in working condition - all good with compressor and functionality etc and at the same time want it to be dismantled by YOURSELF after the standard checks by their delivery people. First, you don't know when they arrive at your place.. Second, not all units can disassemble just like that when one person is waiting for the same on the very front. Last but not the least, the big lesson for me was - they can DENY delivery of the new unit if the current one fails those standard checks or if the customer changes his/ her mind by that time to not give it back - the option of getting it by paying the remaining amount by cash just goes for a toss like that only. So many variables could never assure you of a hassle free exchange experience at any point of time. Guy at that time confirmed the same from three of his seniors and couldn't help any but to ask to go with the exchange only as per the order. Amazon really needs to update their exchange policies for ACs, particularly and I shall write to their senior mgmt regarding the same and update here soon.Product (3/5) - Both ODU and IDU comes lighter than the reputed brands. Can understand the cheap material used in both, need to wait to confirm on the reliability. Operation is smooth, performance is as expected - lower sound from both IDU and ODU. Sleep mode and Silent mode helps in noise reduction. Not sure about the convertible mode as I always run in manual mode and not auto - need to confirm after getting one or two months bill.Update1: The IDU makes hissing sounds in rainy/ cloudy seasons. After one scheduled visit (obviously with many hassles) they told me it was the swing but NO, I still get the same and need to call them again to get it checked.Remote is handy with glow buttons - the labels could have been done on the buttons (not below them) to know what’s what in the night glow, you may need some time to adapt to the settings.Brand Value (0/5) - One thing you need to know about this brand is, "Service" - which is HORRIBLE and beyond description. I live in tier-I city and I've received the worst service till now. First, it was installation. I have requested for an urgent one citing the need of the hour (only I know how I have managed through the same) but, sadly they couldn't have managed one even after continuous follow-ups (may be 7-8 time in 48 hours period). There are certainly noticeable amount of mismanagement in every levels like, someone called me up for TV installation (lol) and then went underground after that. The service manager (from the HO) who called me up with a promise of arranging someone or to give me a confirmation on the same by the EOD did never call again nor picked up the calls afterwards. Finally, after much struggle at different levels they have arranged some ad-hoc guy who came after the promising time of 48 hours and managed to fix it somehow (with some missing tools but managed with desi jugaad) was categorically stricken away from the same company as - customer opted for local installation afterwards as every time I try to book any service related issues. Need to live with the same now.. :(The above thing is a pure gamble if you want to take risk on this particular brand.Pricing is ok and accepted as per the parts used. Sometimes they come in a great deal - so can be suitable choices for people tight on the budget. Or else, if you can spend a little more or do not see a good price difference between this and the next brands of your choice; you can skip this one at ease.Final verdict (1.5/5) - Take chances (that extra 0.5) if you want and if no better option is available to you.Hope this helps.
