Good quality like the taste

The first time I tried Shilajit I took the recommended dose, which is a tiny amount, (think tip of a teaspoon), I decided to take it neat and even though I instantly disliked the taste I continued and dissolved it under my tongue (as it suggested on the pack), afterwards I felt quite nauseous and completely put myself off taking any more and just threw the product away.Since then my husband (who wouldn't try it at the time of my experience), has become very interested in the claims that Shilajit provides 'overall well-being' and that it improves energy, mind, memory, metabolism etc. So I ordered this pot for him to try. He has been taking it daily, dissolved in a small glass of water, for over a week now, he tells me it is totally tasteless when taken this way and he hasn't noticed any unwanted side effects, he also reports that he hasn't noticed any improvements in anything such as energy levels or feelings of well being yet but maybe it's to early to tell and this might take a bit of time to work its magic.The product itself, by appearance looks to be of reasonable quality, it caries the labels showing it is 100% natural, Vegan friendly, GMP Certified, and that its GMO, Gluten and Chemical Free,Overall I feel confident that this is a decent enough quality supplement and at the moment I can only award its star rating based on looks and ease of use, if my husband does notice any beneficial changes I will must certainly update this review.For your confidence in this Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

It took me a couple of days before I actually felt the advantage of taking this supplement. A slight boost in my energy levels before my usual slump hours which is usually around 3pm. I nearly gave up not because of the bitter taste, which I have no issues with, but because i felt no change. But I thought I should give it a full week and i just realised that it is close to dinner time and I am still going and not desperate to have my afternoon coffee.For me this is good enough to continue.

I stopped taking my handful various vitamins for a week, prior to trying out this generous sized 50g Shilajit resin. I needed to see what it can do. This Shilajit resin is little thick, earthy taste, which I like. Its easy to scoop and to dissolve in hotter than warm water.I personally found mixing Shilajit in hot water less than 40°c made it easier to dissolve, and to preserve the nutrients and goodness. I found mixing it in colder drinks is difficult to dissolve. For the dosage and mixed into a small cup of hot water, it looks and tastes weak, which suits me. This probably suits many people better, especially if they can't stand bitterness, strong tastes or sweet.For the first 5 to 6 days of taking Shilajit day and night, I didn't feel much difference. Then boom! On day 7, I noticed my body energy increased in a uniform way, across the board. I also noticed it helped me sleep better and cope better, when I lacked enough sleep.I also noticed my digestive system seems to work better and I'm getting hungrier, sooner.This Shilajit has indeed given my overall system, a good boost and I'm very happy with this product. I seem to sleep more peacefully too.The price is very good value considering it came in a 50g quantity pot and decent texture. This 50g pot and twice a day, will probably last me as said.Obviously depending on my dosage. I think it is good value.I aim to take it religiously, every day and night.
