Great product. Has held up well.

So the pics I have are from 4 years of staying in the hitch receiver locked up and all.I had to spend a hour to get the lock off. Eventually it broke. Luckily I can still use the shackle but no lock.I would definitely recommend taking it off a few times a year and spray some silicone lubricant into the connections and all.It being locked into the hitch for four years caused it to corrode and seize up basically.*Great buy though!

I tried painting it red but the home paint job did not turn out that good.2) Its a nice locking hitch pin but it sticks out wide on both sides of the pin and did not fit my hitch area. Won’t fade. Only thing is screw can take off what’s the point of having keys so that if someone takes it they can only take half of it?

Feels very heavy and well made. Cannot attest to the durability of it, as it is installed on a pleasure use only vehicle, but looks great. Saw some negative reviews about the retaining nut coming off of the ring, so I put some lock tight on it. So far no issues. I wax yearly the chrome locking pin.

I honestly don’t write many Amazon reviews. But this one I really liked so well I thought it was well worth the review to help someone else out. The quality is awesome. The locking hitch pin I received was different than the ones shown in other reviews. Mine is black. I took one other reviewers advice and covered the internal connection with a thin layer of grease just to keep it from rusting but this I think is an upgraded pin anyways. Color, paint quality everything is top notch. It’s a great buy. It does fit a little loose in a 2” receiver hitch but read their description. It’s supposed to, it makes them a little more universal for other makes and models. Anti theft and anti rattle design was well thought out and works as it should. Would definitely buy again.
