Quite small taken my birds few weeks to go near or use it
Brought this so my two budgies have a flat platform to Perch onIt important to give birds different feet apptures to land on

Fits onto cage ok
My cockatiel hasn’t used this yet. That’s not unusual as he likes to get used to anything new in his cage. He has been near it. So cannot comment further than the fact it fits onto his cage ok and is quite sturdy.

Not suitable for African Greys
This is essentially a cheap piece of soft wood with sandpaper on. If you have a cage with wider bars, it won't fit with the small discs supplied; I had to take some off an old perch.It's not big enough for an African Grey to stand on. Mine has chewed most of it, which is fine, but that's not why I bought it. I'm sure it'll be okay for a smaller bird and a smaller cage. But my low rating is because it was advertised as suitable for larger birds.
