I use two pairs of Plantronics 3220's, one at home and one that I take to the office with me. The one I take in to the office is in and out of my bag, and the foam ear covers on it were starting to disintegrate, so I needed new ones.I ordered these a they were listed as compatible with my headset, and I'm glad to say they are a good fit. The area covered is a tiny bit smaller than the originals, but the padding is much thicker, which, for me at least, makes them more comfortable than the originals.Two sets of covers are provided, so I put them on both my headsets. They're quite tight to pull on, so you have to work your way around to get them on, but that does at least mean that they stay tight and well fitted. Also included are 4 foam microphone boom covers. These are pretty basic, and fit quite well, but could do with being a little tighter.The ear pads also leave a little bit of a gap at the back of the headphones, but this shouldn't be a problem unless you're using them in the shower.The only real downside for me is that if you look at them too long, you might start to think of them as a puckered up bumhole, but people won't notice when they're on your head.I've put a side by side comparison picture on to show one headset with the originals, and one with the new pads on, and I think you'll agree that they even look more padded than the original foam ones.

I ordered these as an alternative to the foam ear pads that came with my Plantronics Blackwire 3220 headset. The foam wears quite quickly and so I hoped these would last longer.The products arrived very quickly & even though it took a little tugging to get them into place (which means they're fairly sturdy), once fitted they are snug and do not move around by themselves. I have discovered that they are very comfortable and do not make my ears hot & sweaty like most headsets do. They also block out a lot of the surrounding external sound & focus the sound coming from the headset itself and so my sound has been nice and clear.Best of all they were very good value for money! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a compatible headset.
