Bike was delivered nicely packaged and on time. Now the first look out of the box, looks great. Assembly is a piece of cake with my own tools. Fine threads so take your time assembling. I filled air with the little pump that came with the bike, it does the job but later I filled up with my pump with a gauge.Now the first short ride, very good, brakes good and pleasantly surprised that the bike did not need any adjustments....Good to go.It's a very nice bike and great value for money.Now here is where it gets even better; now the following day I find the tire go flat. Contacted the company and they send new inner tube ASAP.Customer service at its best.Happy with this purchase. Finely depending on the riding style the bike seat pivot may need a little adjustment mine was a bit loose a few turns of the nuts beneath the seat fixed it.Looks good, rides good, good value and above all exceptional customer service.

Overall, I'm pleased with the bike. Assembly was pretty easy, but don't try to use the directions provided. They are terrible. But with a little education from Youtube U, I was able to put it together without a problem. The parts already put together at the factory were aligned and adjusted well. When I first rode it, the gears were a little rough. A little silicon lube took care of that. One thing, though. Plan on buying another seat. The seat provided is a torture device.

About 2 months ago I purchased this bike for my husband as an early father's day gift since he loves bike riding with our kids. He has had nothing but amazing things to say about this bike, he used to go on bike rides 3-5 times a week, but since purchasing this bike he goes almost daily. Definitely worth purchasing if you're like us and don't want to spend a fortune on a bike, but still want amazing quality.

Just got finished putting this bike together. It's not too bad, not completely easy, but not too difficult either. Kinda middle of the road. But as 1 person said, do not use the instructions that are in the box. They are absolute garbage. Useless as a screen door on a submarine. Just took it out for a test run & it did good. We will see how it does next week at the beach. But so far, I am very pleased. More to come.

I purchased this bike because of it's good looks, I ended up replacing all the parts except for the frame! The parts on this bike are as cheap as they come! After spending additional 300 on forks, seat, handlebars, grips pedals, tires.... The frame cracked. If you don't mind wasting money buy this bike!

Bought this for my son to replace an older mountain bike. Assembly was much simpler than other bikes that lack instructions and demand that assembly only be allowed by an authorized dealer. That being said, the ability to repair the bike itself is seriously lacking. My son took a spill a few days after riding. As another reviewer mentioned, most of the damage takes place to one of the brake handles. As of right now, the right brake handle is bent and unable to function. I’ve looked up the bike manufacturer online but I can’t locate them or any of their available replacement parts. I should’ve done more research into the manufacturer before purchasing. Please be aware that many of the parts on this bike are not universal and therefore not easily replaced.

DONT BUY THIS BIKE. IT IS CHEAP GARBAGE. IT WILL LITERALLY FALL APART WHILE YOU RIDE IT. THE SHIFTING IS BAD. THE CHAIN WILL FALL OFF IF YOU SWITCH BETWEEN GEARS. THE BIKE HAS MAYBE BEEN RIDDEN 10-15 times around my town on bike rides with my young children and the disc brakes literally fell apart just riding it. Do not buy this bike. Do not buy any products from this company. It is VERY poor quality, very cheap. I should have returned it the minute I got it and saw that all the stickers on the bike have spelling and grammar errors on them. It is the cheapest lowest quality garbage bike I have ever rode. Nothing works on it, it is terrible. DONT BUY IT. IM TELLING YOU, this is a real review.I’m a dad who bought a bike to ride with my kids. This bike will not hold up or last. DONT BUY.
