I ordered this to clean my system out of toxins and rubbish, as I am wanting to improve my health and fitness and thought this would be a good start.On the first day I took the tablets and powder once after another (Powder added to water) the taste isn’t that pleasant but with only a little water bearable. It did make my stomach feel a little like a washing machine but I but that down to it working and clearing me out.So after the 3 days of taking this I do feel better plus I was eating healthy and exercise but I do believe it helped me.I would recommend this product as a quick solution along with healthy eating and regular exercise.

Taste isn’t that bad, full sachet it in with a bottle of water. Neck it down and you’ll be fine. Using this to try flush THC so hopefully it works (not got High hopes)

Was worried after taking this it would make me sick or sick from the rear. But not the case, neck the capsules with food, drink the drink (green apple flavour). I've had far worse tasting protein shakes/creatine flavours so was actually quite enjoyable.Would purchase again.

Pros: this product definitely suppressed my appetite and flushed my body of toxinsCons: this product made me violently sick about an hour after taking, even though I took with a snack and drink as recommended on the box. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to work but as I'm a busy commuter, I was looking for a cleansing supplement that would be discreet and not have me throwing up on a platform at 8am in the morning.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews but the 3 capsules were easy to take and had no nasty effect afterwards. I had the sachet to drink before bed. It was a sweet apple flavour and not bad in any way. I would recommend this product

Really just a waste of money all these ingredients are in foods. So please don’t be fooled , if ya wanna detox just drink water.it’s truly the only thing that will clean out your body, felt like I was putting more chemicals in my body

Really impressed with this product. The instructions are easy to follow and it was good value for money.This is the fourth time I have had this product. Would order it again.

So it was simple as everything in individual packets. The flavour of the drink is ok, not enjoyable but not awful to drink. Just not sure what benefit I got from 3 days use. However would try again if the price for a month dropped
