I have always heard that Apple cider vinegar is beneficial to take every day. I ordered these capsules and started to take them every day, before my meals. I chose the capsules over drinking the apple cider vinegar not only because of the taste, but because the vinegar is so strong it can damage the teeth. After just a week of taking the capsules I could tell a difference. Given, to lose a large amount of weight, you must workout out / diet as well. Taking these capsules helped me eat less, and stay full longer. It also helped greatly with my acid reflux. Overall, I have lost 40 pounds in 3 months. I can say taking these apple cigar vinegar definitely had a big contribution to my weight loss, and I would recommend these capsules to anyone.

I ordered this based on a recommendation from a friend, but it was after already having been on another brand for a few weeks that I purchased a very large bottle of from Sams Club (3 a day regimen). So, I wanted to wait until I took this for a full month, then wait a week or so and go back to the pne from Sam's to see if I noticed the difference. It's been about 2 weeks since I've been back on the ones from Sam's Club, and WOW, what a difference!! With this brand, I noticed more energy, and appetite control! This also doesn't have as much as an after taste like the other one I have, and I know this sounds gross and is probably TMI, but I don't have the occasional nasty Apple cider vinegar burps with these like I do with the others..I am going to finish my Sam's club bottle because I don't like waste, but I will definitely be ordering more of this soon! I absolutely love this product!

This is a great product. Was looking for something to help with constant sore throats and a friend recommended this. Worked great so far. Have been reading up on some other benefits apple cider vinegar has been shown to have and it's icing on the cake. Just started using so not sure about those yet but they seem to help out we're I wanted. Highly recommend.

Thus far since I have been taking these I feel a little better about my digestive process and I try to work out 3-4 times a week. I take the pills in the morning and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Much better than taking a shot of honey and vinegar!

This Apple Cider Vinegar is very amazing quality, my skin looks so much better after taking this, I have less acne and I have less oily skin.  My hair looks more shiny and I feel like I have balanced my body’s pH.Not to mention how much better my immune system is.  I have ready by going with organic apple cider vinegar your body is able to produce more of it’s own good bacteria so I have noticed a considerable change already.
