So far it’s working really well
Bought this unit to fill water troughs for the farm animals. I’m pulling water from a creek with about a 10 foot bank and it’s able to pump up the bank and roughly 20 foot with no problems. I added an in-line filter (see picture) to the vacuum side of the pump since I’m pulling water from a creek that has fallen leaves and debris so I can protect the impeller from seizing due to trash. Unit can run roughly 10 minutes before I need to replace the battery- more than enough time for me.

This thing is incredible!!!!
Used this to provide uninterrupted lake water for a 1800 psi power washer. Hooked the suction to a micro filter and threw the suction into a lake via a 6 ft 3/4 in hose. I attached it to power washer and proceeded to kill 2 five-amp and 2 three-amp batteries before the battery charger could not provide recharged batteries, about six hours of power washing. Unfortunately, the 6-amp batteries and the new extended power batteries do not fit in the compartment, so it may have lasted longer. I did managed to trip the thermal breaker on day one, but found that, reset and kept going. I wonder if some of the reviews where this quit working was just the thermal reset tripping. This is a great little pump. Abused it for 3 days and it just kept running.

Broken first use!
Tried to transfer some CLEAN water from a bucket to test it and it broke immediately. Must've been defective. Feels cheaply made. Not happy. Within 30 days so I will get a refund. It also leaked water into the battery compartment from inside and burnt out a 5ah dewalt battery worth probably $150! Really hope the company makes this right.

Does NOT kill DeWalt batteries
This is a great pump and contrary to some reviews, does NOT kill DeWalt batteries. DeWalt batteries have inbuilt low voltage protection, this pump will not harm them. The pump eats batteries (10-15 minutes for 5ah) but doesn't harm them. I regurlarly run this pump for an hour at time, it'll eat 4-5 batteries and I run each battery until the pump stops before changing. If you run off brand batteries, that's at your risk. Cheap off brand batteries don't monitor voltage......you get what you pay for.The newer 5ah batteries (the ones with 'Lithium Ion' molded into the shoulders) don't lock in. They fit, the pump will run, but they max out the battery bay and the lid wont close. Its best used with the older 4 and 5ah batteries. The pump it's self is well made. The body is glass fibre reinforced plastic, a suprise for an off brand pump. The battery bay lid is ABS sadly, It will shatter into a million peices eventually. The pump housing is metal, it seems to be plated brass. The inlet and outlet are 1/2 NPT so you can easily make up what ever fittings you need to run it from standard plumbing parts, It comes with brass hose fittings attached. My back up house pressure pump runs at 2.3 bar (35psi) and this pump maintains a similar pressure. It'll essentually maintain household hose pressure. Impressive for a battery powered pump.

Flawless
Easily pumped four, 7 gallon water jugs up about 7' into a 55 gallon water drum to feed camp site sink. Took longer to remove caps and connect hoses than it took to pump the water. Work seemlessly out of the box fingers crossed 🤞, already recommended to others, in <5min 28gallon pumped didn't drain DeWalt 5aH battery at all...no more climbing ladder and lift and pour 50lb water jugs 5' to fill main tank

Product manual has no information on service, parts, warranty and no website for the manufacturer
I have not yet used it. Based on other reviews I expect it to be adequate for my purposes but I am worried about longevity. And I am concerned that the owners manual does not inform me were I can get parts. This appears that it would be simple to service if parts were available. The Amazon page says "【Warranty & Service】Replacement available if any quality problem in 12months. Contact us first if there is any question about the product" but there is no phone number or website given for contact. I also do not see where Amazon enables me to purchase the warranty after my sale/delivery is complete. My concertn is long term reliability.

Beware thread size on pump is NH not BSP
Not used yet but first issue is the 3/4 BSP connectors ordered as part of the pack to connect to pump do not fit. The pump thread size is NH, seems American thread size. Struggling to find NH thread so can use. Amozon should remov this optiona and state on product description the thead size is 3/4 NH not BSP.
