Disapointing
So my monitor is great. Visually amazing. However the built in speakers do not work at all. I reached out to KTC a week ago and still no response. I would normally return this monitor and get a replacement but the lack of customer support has really changed my mind. I will be returning this monitor and going with a different manufacturer.

Has potential to be great... But it had dead pixels
Good:- 32" 4k is amazing w/ 144Hz- LCD doesn't have burn in concerns- The full array local dimming (FALD) is quite good for gaming and videos. Black levels are extremely dark and brights are impressive as well.- Text clarity is great for productivity- KVM and USB-C are super helpful for switching between my work laptop and gaming desktop setups.Bad:- Quality Control seems to be lacking. My monitor had several areas with a few dead pixels each. Sadly, I returned mine due to the dead pixels.- FALD is not great for productivity. I write software and WFH a few days a week. With FALD enabled, moving a white mouse around a dark background (like VS Code), you get weird blooming.- FALD can't match OLED for micro details like stars in the night sky or a city at night with lots of little lights.Conclusion:- Overall this would be a pretty solid monitor with great specs and features like a KVM and USB-C w/ PD. It can't match OLED for micro details, but you don't have to worry about burn in. It is a great price for the features, and maybe you'll get lucky and not get any dead pixels.

Worth a Look
I'm sure like many of you looking at monitors, you've gone through your usual suspects -- Samsung, LG, Gigabyte, MSI, Dell, Asus, etc. I leaned heavily towards these brands, but there wasn't really a monitor that hit all the points for me that weren't $2k+. I was upgrading from a 27" Dell 2K 120hz display that was just on its last legs. In the time I've been looking, I've tried the Samsung M80C and even borrowed a Samsung Odyssey Neo G8, but neither one had everything I wanted. For my upgrade, the main things I was looking for (in order of priority):- USB-C PD & video- KVM / Built-In USB Hub- 4k @ 120hz+ natively- 32"- HDMI 2.1 to use with a PS5/XBox Series XThe KTC M32P10 ticked all the boxes and fit the bill (or as Amazon likes to call it: KTC 32 Inch 4K Mini LED Monitor, Fast IPS, HDR1000 144Hz 1ms MPRT Gaming Monitor,Type-C 45W, HDMI/DP/USB,RGB Light, Swivel/Height/Tilt Adjust, VESA, Computer Monitor for Gaming & Designer). When the package arrived, I had very little hopes. The Amazon box was completely destroyed (probably didn't need to be boxed because of how unwieldly the manufacturer's box already is) and the monitor box looked like it had been opened before (there were tracking labels for OTHER people on it with their names and addresses) - evident by the cut tape and the unorganized contents of the package inside the box. Luckily, the display was in good condition and the monitor itself seemed to have been mostly untouched. KTC and Amazon - you need to step it up here. Sorry, but I bought shy of a thousand dollars worth of supposedly NEW equipment and I got a used mess. I'm not sure the hassle of trying to argue with Amazon was worth having to haul this big heavy box into a UPS or Kohls, I just got lucky it was in acceptable condition. The picture and display on this, compared to a couple other normal LEDs I've tried is so much better. The high refresh rate makes using the monitor with either a work laptop or desktop workstation a real smooth experience. I can easily keep my laptop plugged in and powered up throughout the workday and then switch to a desktop using the same peripherals without having to unplug everything. The only "problem" with switching is it takes 5-10 seconds for the monitor to register the new input before the display gets put up on the screen.Using this monitor for both work and play has been such a treat. Multitasking with all the screen real estate is something I've been wanting with a 32" 4K display. I can easily put together my IDE and any documentation or reference material to the side and still have plenty of space to do my work. Using it with a Macbook Pro works flawlessly. The mini LEDs lend to a very nice contrast and good quality images. I'm not a pixel peeper, but this is definitely better than the LED monitor I replaced, but the blacks just aren't the same as my OLED TV. The color seems to lean fairly cool, but I'm sure with some tweaking in the OSD, you can fix the display color to your liking. The monitor itself is pretty heavy. I'm still sometimes worried the monitor arm is going to take a chunk off the table that it's clamped down to. But a week in and all seems good so far.The OSD joystick took some time to get used to. Pushing the button down does not confirm your input, you have to push the joystick to the right to confirm. Luckily, you can set the shortcut commands so that you don't have to dig too much into the OSD to find what you need for your day-to-day needs. One issue I've found so far is the M32P10 is not officially listed on KTC's website, so I can't really look to see if there are any firmware updates. I see how and where to apply them when I browse through the OSD, but KTC's website doesn't have this model number listed on its support page for updates and documentation. My biggest issue is with the speakers. The speakers haven't worked since I've gotten them. I'm not too bothered by it, I wasn't expecting much from built-in speakers, but it would've been nice if they at least worked. I hesitate to replace it because from Reddit posts, it sounds like other users might be playing the lottery with the QC from KTC.Speaking of QC -- there is a noticeable amount of edge bleeding even when looking at the monitor directly straight on. You can see the light bleeding into the edges of the screen where it meets the bezel. This becomes a problem on majority dark images where you can see bright edges being lit up against a dark background.I purchased this monitor, after a markdown from $1300 to $899 + $200 instant discount + 5% coupon on page for just over $700. If I had to pay anywhere over $900, I probably wouldn't have pulled the trigger, but at about $700, it was a mini LED monitor that ticked all the right boxes for me. Also, this might be because I see the listed price, if I had paid $1100 for this monitor and got it the way I got it, I would've been furious. I was still really annoyed that for $700 I didn't quite receive a new monitor, but with the QC lottery being what it is and how big and heavy the box with all the accessories inside, I decided to just keep this one. If you can grab this thing on sale, and don't mind possibly getting a box that's been to 10 other Amazon deliveries, I can only tell you how much of a joy this thing has been.Overall, I'd give it 3.5 stars. 0.75 star deduction for the monitor not being truly new; 0.75 star deduction for the speakers not working. I wasn't planning on using them, but it would've been nice to know I could if I needed to in a pinch, like for a Teams call.

Beautiful monitor
Works great for my son’s gaming pc build. It’s just the right size for his space and the graphics run smooth.

Unreliable Monitor and Does Not Honor Warranty Policy - Don't Waste Your Money
*UPDATE*The seller does not honor their return/refund and warranty policy. I had the monitor for a couple weeks at MOST and they will not help me with my warranty request. If you end up with a crap unit like me, you're screwed.I purchased this monitor less than a month ago, and it's already completely useless. The screen suddenly went black, with only the backlight still functioning. I've tried every troubleshooting method I could think of - replacing the cable, trying different ports, you name it. Nothing works. After doing some research, I discovered this is a common issue with this model. Just check the other reviews, and you'll see I'm not alone in this frustrating experience. Now I'm stuck with a worthless monitor and $800 down the drain. Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache and money - avoid this product at all costs.Pros:None. It worked fine for a few weeks, I guess?Cons:Stopped working completely after less than a monthCommon issue with no fixExpensive paperweightWaste of $800Bottom line: Stay far away from this monitor. It's not worth the risk or the money.

Terrible QC...
Multiple dead pixels near middle of screen & dust particles under screen. Not going to chance it on a replacement. KTC says anything under 5 dead pixels is normal, which goes to show how bad their QC is. Returned it to Amazon & still waiting my refund 9 days after them receiving it. They are slow as molasses these days w/ refunds. Last time I purchase something expensive from Amazon again.
