It is very difficult to find an objective rating of sunglasses darkness in advertisement even though there is a standard. I am mildly photo-phobic and do best with a Grade 3 lens. I had to return two orders of sunglasses described as "very dark" because they were not dark enough. By contrast, even for me, these are a bit too dark--Grade4--and are dangerous to drive with unless in very bright sunlight. They turn normal daylight into dusk and make it difficult to read street signs at a distance. Some European countries have laws against using these for driving because people keep them on as twilight comes and get into accidents. The frame is made of very brittle plastic, fits too tightly, is likely to steam up under some weather conditions, and is decidedly unattractive by making one look like a hoodlum.

I opened package to where sunglasses and right side fell off I tried to snap back on and it fell off again

They came out a TAD BIT crooked. This happens everytime I order shades online. You would think Amazon would double box them, a very small box to hold the glasses and NOT bend them, plus an outer box to help keep the smaller box from getting banged up. Just my two cents. Either that or my ears are crooked lol…but besides that, these are tha DARKEST shades I have ever owned, let alone tried on. They don’t fit exactly like my usual Locs, but they def have swag! You’ll def get compliments w these
