Kogzzen Sleeve Case Bag with Handle (11-12, Grey3)

The only reason this gets two stars is because the material it's made from is actually pretty nice. However, the handle stitching came loose after only a week of light use. This nearly caused the $2000 computer inside of it to be dropped on the ground. Luckily, Amazon's customer service is spectacular and issued a full refund even though we didn't have the original packaging. I know it's a "universal size", but it doesn't fit a Macbook Pro 15" very well and the zippers seem very flimsy. If you have an inexpensive laptop that you don't particular care about much, I'm sure this would be fine. It was my mistake to cheap out on a carrying case for such an expensive computer. Buyer beware - this product looks nicer than it really is. If you have an expensive laptop, look elsewhere.

I work as an environmental biologist for a major city and I balance my time between field work and office settings. I use my Microsoft Surface Pro 2017 frequently in both of these environments and needed a sleeve/case that would be able to withstand constant exposure and at the same time, protect the contents inside.From the delivery, the zipper for the smaller, front pocket did not fully seal because a tooth from the zipper tread was missing. I made it work, however, since it was still able to "close enough". A few weeks later, leaving a field run, the zipper on the main computer pocket would no longer let me close the pocket. I was lucky to have the tooth missing close to the end where I was able to still keep my Surface Pro from falling out. A couple more weeks later was the final straw--one of the handle ends ripped off.It was a shame that I had to recycle it because it was an otherwise decent case. The material felt nice and premium and I confidently say that the inside padding could definitely protect my tablet.

I have a 13" relatively thin notebook (Dell XPS 13 2-in-1). Nothing much larger than that would fit.If that's all you're carrying, this is a good bag to keep it in. If you're planning on bringing a power cord, a mouse, a tablet pen, and maybe a phone charger, this bag isn't big enough.The first time I tried filling it, the zipper broke. I decided to just get a small backpack to keep everything in moving forward. This was nice and sleek, but I like my mouse and other accessories way too much.I got to use this for a month before it broke.l

If I could give this product a ZERO I absolutely would. Purchased this case for a new laptop to protect my computer on upcoming trip. The very first time I used it the handle broke, my brand new laptop fell to the floor at airport security when taking it out of my carry on suitcase. Reading through the latest reviews I see this has happened before.

This makes carrying my laptop difficult. Also kind of scares me protection wise as it is kind of thin with no support

My son's school issues Chromebooks each year, but no case. This is a great case. It is thin and well made. It protects and fits in his backpack. Great buy!

I loved the product at first! I was able to fit my Surface Pro, mouse, book, and charger. Just enough space and no more.However the strap durability is poor and within a few months of normal light usage (carrying from home to work) the strap is fraying. I'm worried that I'll have to stop using it or risk dropping my device.Until they figure out this durability issue I wouldn't recommend it.

The only thing that would make this better is if it had a removable shoulder strap as well as the retractable handle. Overall great product.
