Perfect size for larger items
These are envelopes - not much else to say about them! I needed the card backed ones for some prints I have and these are the perfect size as they are larger than the ones you can buy in the shop. Great stuff.

Very good value
Very good value - the board backing is quite thick and will do a good job of protecting the contents. The self-adhesive fixing is ok, but I always add a bit of tape for extra security.By the way, these C3 envelopes weigh about 100g each; the dimensions quoted are accurate. N.B. C3 envelopes are too big to be classified as "letters" according to the Royal Mail's Pricing-in-Proportion (PIP) guidelines - strictly speaking, you'll need to send them at the medium parcel rate, but you could save quite a bit on postage if you are able to shave 7mm off the length (to bring it back to the 450mm max length for small parcels) - the easiest way to do this is to pull the flap back as far as you can so that it is flush with the edge of the hardboard back (you could also trim a few mm off the board backing if you want to err on the safe side - easy to do with a pair of sharp scissors; I do this occasionally if the contents are fairly thick). I've never understood why Royal Mail didn't take C3 envelope sizes into account when they introduced PIP - they obviously don't live in the real world...

Sturdiness
No used yet so not sure of adhesion. Seems sturdy enough.

good size
came on time and well packaged no damages. Very good size, used it for an A3 painting to send to someone and fits perfectly with a bit of extra room. Hopefully won't bend whilst its in the post as used a tube to send one before and it got bashed and bent whilst it was in the post which resulted in creases on the painting when it arrived. So hopefully this way works better!

Bonne enveloppe, solides , grande capacité, cartonnée, bien pour envoyé des photos, des dossier ou il seront parfaitement protéger, seul bémol, assez lourde donc des frais de timbre assez important mais a part sa très bien
