I think this is a great alternative to the high priced Nest version.

Nice product and good quality, long cable. I connected my 2 cameras to it and it posed no problem.

needed a cord to plug in my outdoor camera (Above the garage door) to the outlet the garage door opener uses. 16 feet was plenty and this cable works great.Have to say the charger it comes with works for this device, but is the weakest charger (0.8A) I've eve seen in 15+ years of USB charging bricks. Odd since other similar items come with 2A chargers.

This cord is a perfect fit for my Google Nest Camera. I ordered it so I could keep our backyard outdoor camera permanently plugged into an outdoor outlet on our deck. We used to have to charge this camera quite frequently because of high recording activity but now we don't worry about it at all.For such an important device you really don't want to rely on battery power alone. It's worth the small investment and one-time hassle of running the cable to ensure you have constant power to your camera. Now we have constant peace of mind! Set it and forget it.

I've tested a bunch of non-OEM cables for Nest cams and this one's a winner. It's not just the cable; it comes with a power brick and two types of cable clips – sticky and nail-in. The sticky clips are surprisingly well-made, snapping shut to keep the cable secure. Performance-wise, it's on par with the original, keeping the camera charged without any problems. The only minor thing is that the magnet attaching the cable feels slightly weaker compared to the OEM version, but so far, it's held up just fine.

We have multiple nest cams and one particular one that gets a lot of action always seems to drain within a few weeks. I was getting tired of going out and getting a ladder and taking it off every few weeks so I got this cable. It's nice and long at roughly 16ft and the magnetic connection is strong. Nice to have the camera plugged in so I don't have to worry about the battery running low. Excellent price. Very happy with it.
