Everything you could want in a flat bench for home
Every gym needs a flat bench, and here it is. This is the one. I have a modest outdoor home gym in Los Angeles and needed a real flat bench I can move around when I hose down the terrace. The price point is excellent, with high quality materials which should easily last 4 years outside. It’s extremely sturdy but light enough to p/u by the handle and push out of the way. It also stands on end easily, that’s a great feature too. One customer gave a glowing review which helped sway my purchasing decision, so thank you if you read this! Assembly was easy, but only if you have your own wrench! Took about 45 minutes manually, quicker of course if you use a driver, which is ideal. The tool provided unfortunately just isn’t capable of cinching up the bolts, and you’ll get very frustrated. Once all 10 bolts are installed you will love this bench! The height/width/length and density of foam are perfect, and I use it for Bulgarian squats as well. Also the vinyl cover gives good grippage so no sliding around. There are so many options for use and with this one piece you can get a whole body workout and stretch. I highly recommend and you just can’t go wrong. It also looks good, with no obnoxious branding, just a small discreet label down low near the handle. Excellent price and value. You’ll have fun with it!

Sturdy bench at a great value
This bench is sturdy and a good height and width. I had a cheap adjustable one that I didn’t trust with a lot of weight. This is a good balance of medium thickness steel and sturdiness. The fabric could be a little thicker but it totally gets the job done for the price. Love the roller wheels too.

Excellent bench....
I have had them all - Rep, Rouge, Titan, Griffin, Body Solid, Golds Gym, Weider, etc... And I've tried all shapes and sizes flat to full FID benches. I've found I always liked smaller flat benches. They just work better in my tight garage gym. Also, it seems the more expensive the bench gets, the longer and heavier it gets. I'm 6'1" and feel tiny in some of the high end adjustable benches - they're just too big. So, I saw this bench and thought I'd give it a try. It's dimensions are great - 47" long, 13" wide (very rare - I love this!) and I think 17" tall (it feels right - not too low or tall). The bench is light weight, easy to move around, but sturdy. It doesn't wobble or flex at all. It was super easy to assemble, has most benches are now. I've lifted using dumbbells, barbells (inside my power rack) and with my lever gym - no issues with any of them. I think the listing says it's white - it's not, it's a light grey. An 800lb weight limit is something I will never reach, and neither will 99% buying weight benches. About the only negative I can think of is that the pad is a little loose - definitely not as tight or thick as a Rep or Rouge bench. I can live with that though - especially since this is less than a third of the cost. Overall, I really like this bench and am glad I took a chance on it with no reviews. I hope this helps someone with their decision too.

Great even for bigger woman
I ordered this because I needed a sturdy weight bench to support myself at 230lbs. This was very easy to put together and the padding seems like it’s going to hold up well, but we shall see.

Can't beat for the price.
I wish the pad was stronger or the frame was designed with 2 support rails instead of 1. The wood backing in the pad flexes especially when your weight shifts towards the outside. I just try to stay center as much as possible. I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs. The padding could be thicker but it is sufficiently thick and firm. For the price I'm really happy with it. Not worth taking a star off especially at this price point.

Poor quality
The base is sturdy, but the top bench is very flimsy and very slippery.

Stable
Had an adjustable bench but always felt it was too high to correctly get my feet planted on the floor. Pitched this flat bench and at 16 inch’s tall much easier to get my feet flat and planted for better bench press. Highly recommended for the money. Very easy to assemble metal feels like a good quality and the pad material has the right amount of texture to keep you from moving around.
