Love this product. I add it to yogurt or dulce de leche icecream and it is incredible. But I grew up eating this fruit. It has a soft flavor that it is hard to describe.In Peru they mix it a lot with dulce de leche and to me that combination is heavenly.I let a pint of haagen dasz melt a bit then mix it with two or three spoonfuls and put it back in the freezer..mmmmm unbelievable.

not what I expected, too sweet

I used Lucuma powder in a chocolate truffle recipe - its unfair to give judgment now - as I have only tried it on one recipe. But I am pleased overall with the organic powders I have ordered and often the lucuma powder is one of the ingredients. I expect when I have time I shall try another recipe.............

Did not like, but good it's GF

I used to eat Lucuma fruits in Vietnam, my country . But since I moved to the States, I haven't been able to find them until I searched on Amazon.com . They don't have the fruits but the powder . So, I am satisfied with the raw powder instead ! Hope Amazon will always maintain this product to supply to customers .

It is a somewhat sweet powder that is very fine. I add it to my smoothies and to warm coffee along with coconut oil and mesquite powder. My coffee gets just the right amount of faintly sweet with no sugar. I do add stevia and almond milk if I want to make more like a latte.

i like it however I don't love it, I'm Peruvian so i can tell you that I've tried better products that's it.

With allergies, I am always looking for ways to increase flavor without adding anything un-natural. This product is a subtle caramel flavor. I am experimenting with baking and using in to make my own raw chocolates. It is smooth and sweet.
