I have used this product for a couple of years. Not only do I use this one but a large number of the Nutricost products. I've been using supplements for years. I was even sponsored by a supplement company years ago being a competitive bodybuilder. So, I know a good product when I see it. I not only use this before workouts but I also use it as a means to help control my high blood pressure. I am not giving any medical advice but it helps a lot in keeping my BP under control. The taste is great and easily digested. No gas, bloating, reflux or any unpleasant side effects. Great for daily use.

I am always a little skeptical writing reviews about supplements b/c it's really hard to say definitively that the effect you're feeling is specific to the supplement. But that said, I have been taking L-Citrulline for a while as a pre-workout. In general you feel a pump a little more and does seem to help overall.I've been pretty pleased with everything I've bought from this brand. One scoop is a full dose and there's plenty in the bottle. It mixes really easily, you don't even need to stir it much, you can just put it in a bottle and swish it around a few times or a few quick stirs. It tastes pretty much like you'd expect, that cherry raspberry taste most powders have - it's sweet, not overpowering but can be a little tart. It does seem to help with a good pump and you won't feel racey or agitated b/c there's not anything else in it that pre-workouts frequently have. It digests easily enough and I haven't had anything approaching a negative side effect. Looking at competing products and the price per ounce, it's definitely competitively priced and you can spend a lot more for a lot less quality product.

Absolutely love that there's a nice and simple supplement on the market to help with exercise performance without throwing 20 different things in the formulation.I just want something that I can take to help with blood flow and 'pump' so that the muscle/mind connection for quality weight training can occur. That's exactly what this does.The flavor is good, it's a slightly sour fruit punch flavor, and it dissolves reasonably well, there's a tiny bit of grainy-ness at the bottom, but not a big deal.Also love how many servings here for the price. Most pre-workouts are filled with so much junk that you only get a few dozen servings for the same price that you get 150 here.

I normally avoid products with sucralose, but in this case, it’s not overpowering or artificial tasting it mixes easily in water with just a spoon or a shaker bottle or a frother with no clumps, which I really appreciate.It’s great to use before long hikes and even light workouts like qi gong , it provided sustained energy and reduced muscle fatigue. Although everybody is different.The ingredient panel is clean, with natural flavors, beetroot powder for color, and a short list of common additives, like calcium, silicate, and silica.Overall, this was a great option for me since I was looking for to support circulation and endurance without a ton of extras.
