Purchased this to clean my small pool as it was a bit of a pain to pull all the hose and vacuum parts out to clean it. I drop this in, press the power button and scoop it out an hour later with the brush handle! It cleans with no issues, eliminates the staining at the water line and goes like a champ! I leave in on the porch to charge and it stays outdoors. Through summer and winter, I have had no issue with this great little machine. Don't be afraid to spend your day doing something else and letting this pool cleaner do its job. Easy, great price and it has given me no issues.

Poor quality robot - bought in August, used once per week since and the speaker went out in February. Now the robot does not pick up anything on any setting (which I can only change in the app, due to the speaker breaking). It goes to one wall and spins in circles before giving up. Even doing that it only “runs” for about 3-5 minutes. The plug’s water seal has never worked, so the prongs started rusting after about 3 weeks. The seal fits fine and is pressed all the way down before I put it in the water, so it must be defective or poor design. Other screws on the unit are also rusted, so no surprise it has broken down. If you need to use the robot more than once per month, I would look elsewhere.Don’t be lured by the price that is lower than the higher end robots - I wish I hadn’t wasted my money because now I have to buy a new machine regardless of what I “saved” on this one. Would have been nice to get 6 months of use from it!

The app for this product doesn't always work as it should, and the cleaning pattern seems random. However, it cleans very well. I've found that for my pool, it's better to set it to clean just the floor. It effectively picks up sand and leaves. I keep it charging under a large porch in the backyard. I purchased this product in July of last year after my Polaris stopped working. I wanted something that wouldn't get tangled. I recommend this product for anyone looking to keep their pool free of debris and sand without the need for complicated features or excessive fancy designs.

Does the job. Intake storage fo debris a bit small, but it cleans nicely, and costs far less than the Dolphin it replaced.

When I looked into the SMONET brand before confirming my purchase, I had a feeling that I wouldn't regret buying this product. As expected, the robot works very well on my pool, which is actually a round-edged pool. It does a great great job pulling any fallen leaves, dirt, particulates. The suction is powerful as it puts out 180w of suction power with its three motor set-up. It's user-friendly design makes handling and cleaning the filter an easy affair. It has 3 different modes (wall mode, floor mode and 'wall & floor' mode).Just charge it for about 2.5 hours (the robot will let you know when to unplug from the power source) and you're good to go. You'll be doing this pretty much before every use as the robot will clean your pool for roughly the same amount of time until it 'turns off' and lets you know it needs to be charged again. This may be an inconvenience to some but personally it's a great trade-off compared to the work you'd otherwise do if you had a pool-vacuum that uses a pressure tube cord.Smonet sends you a hook attachment so that it's easy to retrieve the robot if it happens to stop in deeper sections of your pool when it runs out of juice. Just make sure you drain the robot before pulling it out completely because it gets a little heavy.The shipping was quick and the robot arrived in very secure packaging. The Robot's design and color is really sweet, almost looks like a mini-tank. Everyone at the house finds the robot very charming.I highly recommend getting the Smonet Pool Vacuum Robot if you want a new way of cleaning the pool that actually works great and makes your life easier. I don't often write such lengthy reviews but i'm very impressed and wanted to share my experience so that others who are maybe on the fence feel that this is a good investment.

Product worked well until it didn't. Bought the product in April 2024, product broke March 2025 (less than a year). Contacted their customer service. Horrible experience, no customer service to communicate with. the toll free 877 number goes to voice mail. Any email response are from a Chinese email address, I would not open the email. Then they text me asking repeatedly for the same information I provided multiple times. I recommend staying away from this company you get what you pay for. Buy a quality product from a reputable company one that values their product and provides good customer service. Smonet has questionable integrity and I still have not spoke to anyone concerning the product.
