The Garland is made with 3 1/2 inch tall card stock balloons and 3 1/2 inch long white card stock clouds. We take the shapes and machine sew them together in a continuous straight line with white thread. We leave excess thread at each end for hanging. You can choose the colors for the balloons too! The sample Garland was made with Lemon, light pink, harvest, spring green, light purple, and light aqua blue balloons. You choose the length that you want too! The photo shows 1 ten foot garland hung together to create the layered look. The color chart is shown on the last photo. Include the actual SHADE of the colors shown on the chart on your order please. All garlands are made to order and are ready to send out 3-5 business days after purchase.
