These were purchased for our younger children in our church's elementary youth program. At less than $1.75 each, I didn't expect them to be very good quality so I was really pleased when I opened the box and saw them. These fit the younger kids well and they had a great time decorating them with glitter glue, stickers, and markers. Obviously the white allowed every color they used to show up well. I'd buy these again for the younger children.

These are made of very thin material. May be worth using for kids to use as an art project but definitely not the quality of hat for resale.

Used these for the end of year class party in Kindergarten. Everyone had their friends sign them. It was a big hit with the kids!

Good quality for money. Used in VBS used fabric pens will not fit adults or older teens.
