Does not work
I followed the instructions and did not work. The resin did not build up pressure as it was supposed to so it just stayed on the surface and did not seep into the crack at all. As I turned the plunger that was supposed to drive the resin in the crack, it just came out the top of the threads. Not sure if I just got a defective one or they are all this way. This was a waste of my money.

Not the best, but it works
product is super cheap. Couldn't push the air out of the hole in the window, so didn't get a full fill of the cavity in the windshield. Also the UV light is trash. Did not cure the epoxy resin at all. Good news is that the epoxy resin cured in the direct sunlight as it was supposed to. I will be purchasing a deluxe kit next time I have a broken windshield at about $180 to $200. Not doing the cheap kit again.

Works but not perfect
The epoxy formula works, but the injection tube thread is loose, hard to have a tight seal against the windshield surface, therefore hard to push the epoxy into the cracks. After the fix, the damaged area is significantly smaller, but not completely fixed. Hope that's enough to prevent further cracking of entire glass.

Didn't work as advertised
Didn't come with a drill bit to allow the glue to freely enter the cracked area for it to work. I ended up having to carefully do this since this kit didn't provide one for that purpose so it was pretty much useless to me since all it did is spill glue on the outside area since there was no "cracked and/or pre-drilled" entry into the layered windshield glass.

The directions are written by someone who's primary language is NOT english.
The directions were very hard to follow as they were written by someone who is not a native English speaker. I suspect it was done with a translate app. AND the product was very difficult to use when trying to repair small chips. The applicator frame did NOT function at ALL and would not allow the application of the resin. Had to do it without the frame. AND, after applying the clear plastic over the resin the "curing lamp" was too small to not put it on the clear plastic, thus not being able to use the suction cups as a seal was impossible. I made work arounds that sort of worked but I would suggest they improve the frame and the mount for the curing lamp AND have a FLUENT English speaker rewrite the instructions.

Do not apply in haste! It does work.
What I liked is that it does improve the appearance of the windshield crack. It did NOT eliminate it entirely, yet I do not believe the crack will spread further. Please read the instructions before you begin the process! I did not find the lamp to be helpful. But I did find my results improved in direct sunlight. Please apply in the shade, but head into the sunlight to curate the resin.1. Spray clean the area around the damage, but not the damage itself. Use a push pin to remove excess broken glass/micro chips. This will help when it’s time for the resin to fill the crack.2. Use Vaseline one each side of the crack to help aide and slide the suction using the resin applicator.3. Cut the clear strips in HALF…trust me! It will help you finish your project.4. I applied the resin slowly to the crack directly with 2 drops at a time and then applied the clear strip section by section. TAKE YOUR TIME.5. Use a small rubber scraper or credit card to gently smooth out the bubbles under the clear strip. Do not skip this step, please.6. Let the windshield dry in the sun. So the resin can curate.7. If you are not satisfied then repeat the process.8. The trick is to get the resin directly into the crack. If and when you can, you will see the crack almost disappear right in front of your eyes. The resin will dry in 5 to 20 minutes. I decided to leave my vehicle windshield in the sun from high noon to sunset.9. This product works best when the crack first begins. See you have the greatest chance of removing any evidence that you ever had a crack or a star if you tackle it immediately.I hope this is helpful and best of luck to you.

Terrible Product - Bad Quality and does NOT work
I would give this a zero stars review if I had the chance. Complete waste of time and money. The quality of the product is terrible. Suction cups don't work. The ones on the UV light come off. The product does NOT harden as indicated. Application does not work on a windshield for which it is meant, as the solution runs down the windshield. It might work slightly better for glass that is horizontal.
