As with so many supplements, particularly when in powdered form, there are no instructions on how to consume the Cordyceps mushroom powder contained in this package. This powder is produced by XPRS Nutra out of West Jordan, Utah. This company produces a lot of different supplement powders packaged similarly.The Cordyceps powder is packaged in a half plastic, half aluminum foil zippered bag that must be first torn open to use. The powder package also contains a plastic scoop which states that the scoop measures out ~1000mg of Cordyceps powder. Unfortunately, the powder is kind of messy, making the scoop removal a bit on the messy side as the powder wants to stick to the plastic. Tapping the spoon into a mug will remove most of the powder into your mug and not waste it. Typically this supplement is consumed as a tea in lukewarm water. With that said, I wouldn't wet the scoop other than to wash it.The powder in this package is very finely milled. Unless you have a super fine tea strainer designed for a fine powder like this one, you'll need to pour the powder directly into warm water and create a tea directly. You might be able to use a coffee filter and dunk that in warm water, allowing the tea to steep through the filter. This will leave any bigger powder and sediment granules behind once you pull the coffee filter out to toss it.Overall, the powder is well packaged in a zipper bag (including plastic scoop), allowing you to use the bag for storage, or you can move it to your own preferred container. The powder mixes well in water.As for Cordyceps claimed health benefits, I'll leave you to look up Cordyceps on WebMD as they provide well written page discussing the possible benefits and potential side effects of consuming Cordyceps. I like that a spoon is included for the correct serving size. The flavor is great and it dissolves well into my morning hot beverage. Good for boosting immune support. I am satisfied with this product!

Easy to use. The package is small for the price.

The color is darker than the pictures. It's odd compared to others. But dingey.It claims to be sinensis, and does not mention the included substrate.It is overly sweet, as if the mycelium did not consume as much sugar as is typical. It also has a funky / very off taste. You can still detect the cordyceps flavor, but maybe the bags or whatever it was cultivated in got moldy.It felt fine so far, just took it. I'll update later if I keep taking it, but the taste is alarming so I may not. Also, the inaccurate label is off-putting and, combined with the low price, does NOT inspire confidence.I would skip this.Edit: I decreased this to one star. I do not trust it due to flavor. I am ordering something new. Y'all knew what you were putting out there

Inside, you'll find a plastic scoop for measuring out approximately 1000mg of powder. However, the fine texture of the powder can make scooping a bit messy. The Cordyceps mushroom powder comes in a unique half plastic, half aluminum foil zippered bag but it's not super clear how you are supposed to consume this. Due to how fine the powder is, traditional tea strainers may not be suitable for filtering it. Instead, pouring the powder directly into warm water or food seems to work best and doesn't clump much at all. Taste isn't great or terrible, kinda what you expect.

To that end, I’ve been intentional about trying to implement mushrooms into my regular diet, and this powder is a great way to do so. Cordyceps are excellent support for key bodily systems and cells, and this powder is a great way to take these super mushrooms in.Mild toasty and earthy flavor, you can mix it with instant coffee, bake it into all kinds of things, toss it into a smoothy or protein shake, or mix with your matcha. There are a lot of ways to use this powder. Go for it!

Not sure where exactly this comes from so needs to be looked into. Interested in seeing the quality of this supplement. Would be a great addition for smoothies.
