Birkenstock Women's Madrid Big Buckle Sandals

These are the perfect sandal. The large buckle makes it dressy enough to wear with a dress. They are still perfect to wear with shorts.

I am a Berk fan, but I felt like I kind of went out on a limb when I first purchased these, they aren't my normal style but I saw an influencer who was trying them and figured I should do the same. When they arrived they weren't my normal style and I almost returned them. I paired them with a wide leg jean and short sleeve knit top and LOVED them! From there I found endless possibilities for them... I now wear them almost every other day and get so many compliments.I was worried the large strap would rub my foot wrong but even from the first couple wears there wasn't a single rub or pain. They are adjustable like all other Berks and the buckle really classes it up!

I love the way these sandals look! The color and big buckle are absolutely stunning and really add to the ambiance and style of these gorgeous shoes! However, I was totally disappointed with the comfort in this very expensive shoe! When comparing them to the $29. Cushionair sandles the later pair has Birkenstock beat in comfort hands down! !!!

The slipper is beautiful.,but ordered a 38 & received a 42. It was advertised as the only size remaining was a 38.I gave to my aunt but disappointed with the sizing info

I couldn’t wear them. The leather was so stiff and painful to walk in rubbing against the top of my foot. Other Birks haven’t had that issue. I think it was the big buckle maybe...

I’m very particular about my shoes especially when I’m about to pay as much as I was willing to pay for those. They are just the greatest.!

It was too big but aside from that the footbed is weirdly slick, not soft suede.
