I was initially hesitant about purchasing a mantle via Amazon but I’m so glad we did. This option saved us so much money and time versus having a custom build. The quality is very nice, it arrived in perfect condition as there were no damages upon receipt. The seller was also very helpful and responsive to my questions. It has a nice weight to it, nice color and great value for the money. The measurements were spot on. The shipping was also fast. I definitely recommend this item if you’re looking for a new mantle.

Good quality and not complicated to install yourself.P.S. item is pretty heavy, you need 2 people, and make sure your wall can hold this amount of weight.

This was a very good choice and color for the product. We did have some difficulty removing the bracket during packaging as it seemed it was attached and not as easy to remove. The most alarming was that the hardware was missing however the customer service was very helpful and response was quick. They sent additional instructions to loosen / remove the bracket and via fed ex sent missing hardware. Overall we were delayed in completing a project but all worked out! It looks great! It definitely had some imperfections and out of the box at first site I was gonna return it, but it was the right size and I like the color so I decided to put it up anyways and I'm glad I did. Very sturdy and looks great!

This is a very nice looking mantel and will look great over our fireplace. I had a couple of general questions and the customer service was top notch! No complaints!

Very impressed with the quality of this mantel and at a great price! It is a thick, solid piece of wood and has a beautiful dark brown stain. It has a nice metal mounting bracket with convenient openings for the screws to make sure that you are able to mount it into studs. I would definitely recommend this mantel to others. I searched for mantels for a long time and am glad that I settled on this one. You get the the same or better quality for a much better price.

When we bought the house there was no mantle at all. I wanted something to add a little separation from fire place to tv. This did just that. It was easy to install. I may get something thicker later on but I like this for now.
