Perfect for what we were looking for
These cards will do exactly what we were looking for and the directions were easy to follow. I am impressed with the customer service that I received. I made a mistake with the first card and needed help with resetting the URL. I recieved an email response within minutes of sending an email request for help. The card's url was promptly reset and I was able to activate it properly. Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Surprised at how easy and well these work
I've been looking for something like this after seeing placards at other businesses. I came across these simple cards which have the dual benefit of QR Code or NFC Tag to send customers directly to your "write a review" page on Google. This couldn't be simpler to use. As a matter of fact, I was skeptical at first as to whether these would work, but sure enough, they do.The cards themselves are nice credit card sized plastic cards with a well printed and professional appearance. The instructions are like something out of a bad inkjet printer, but...they are understandable, clear, and work. It took all of 2 mins to get a link from the official Google "Ask for Reviews" page on my business site, then mate that link to the 2 cards and test them. They worked immediately and 100% of the time.On top of that, I already have 2 new reviews within 10 minutes of finishing the setup!

It does seem to work but...
I'm not sure how much I like (or dislike) this item. I'll be the first to admit that I'm not up to par when it comes to NFC, how it works, where to tap, etc... I have NEVER used NFC one time. However, as a small business entrepreneur, I thought it might be handy to have these either in my wallet or somewhere handy in case a situation presents itself where I might want to give someone the link to leave a review for me. Up to now, I have just had the link saved in my phone and have texted it directly to potential customers. This has worked fine for me (and if I'm being honest, I'll probably continue operating that way). Having said that though, I'm sure SOMEBODY out there is using NFC (right???) so I'll just keep this nearby and see if anyone bites. The instructions that came with the cards told me, to get started, scan the code or tap to set it up. I tried and tried to get it to tap instead of scanning the code, because I was curious if I went up to a random person's/customer's phone if I really could just "tap" and it give them the link. It never worked on my phone (iphone XS Max). I had to, first, scan the code and set it up and THEN it would NFC scan each time. So, that part was a pain...but just take it from me and scan it first and then set it up.Basically, though, what it's doing is sending them to a link that will then forward them (automatically) to your link. I don't guess it REALLY matters, but I don't like that. For example, if I have to get the link to my review (or webpage that I want to send them to with the "tap"), then why not just forward that link to them via text? Why send them to this person's link and then let this person redirect them to my link....I'm not sold on this whole idea/concept...but that's just me. The seller DID deliver the cards and the cards DO work. I probably wouldn't buy them again or tell my friends to. It's up to you at this point.I hope this honest review has been helpful.

It works
It does what it's supposed to do. I haven't had any issues, yet. But the only thing I don't really care for is the monthly subscription to have to have a "google" url. I mean with getting people to easily submit reviews, the monthly thing won't be an issue. But yea no problems as of this moment.

So easy!
Super happy with these! They are quality cards and will hold up to use.Setup was a breeze. Scan the barcode on the card, add your information and you're done. The QR code is now yours and customers can either tap the card with their phone or scan the QR code to leave a review and view you on google! We will be using these at market and all of our yearly events.
