Excellent Value - working with a 43" smart TV
I use a 43" tv as a desktop monitor. While the TV is not that heavy, it's much taller than a wide screen monitor which makes it a difficult to get on a desktop monitor arm. The assembly of this arm was really quite simple. I did have to use a VESA converter plate as the TV required a 200 X 200 setup, and no monitor arm seems to go that big. The arm is clamped to my sit/stand desk and is very solid. The instructions are quite right that mounting the monitor onto the arm is a 2 person job, not that it's heavy or difficult, just that (with a TV in particular) it's hard to hold the monitor and see where to slide the mounting plate on the back of the tv into the slot. The tension on the arm adjusted easily enough to give easy movement of the TV. I have another "brand name (expensive) " monitor arm that I had previously tried to use with this TV, but after set up and adjustment the result seemed a bit shaky overall. This Huanuo was about 1/3 of the price and easily twice as good. Very pleased with the result

Easy to assemble, not-as-easy to set up.....
...at least, by yourself, and with a 32" monitor. I bought this to replace the HUANUO Gas Spring Monitor Arm I bought in 2020 (which was still working, but clearly straining with 32" monitors like an ASUS PG32UCDM). Slightly more assembly was needed with this bigger arm (nothing that you can't do without the included tools in a few minutes). As reported in other reviews, actually getting adjusting the tension is surprisingly difficult: you need to force the adjustable part of the arm into the vertical position (so, 0 degrees instead of more typical 45 degrees up or down), and then adjust the tension bolt accordingly, a difficult task if you're already using one hand to force the arm down (I ended up actually leaning on the arm until it finally budged). It's actually difficult to describe, but becomes fairly obvious if you see it in video; it's possible it'd actually be easier to set up with a more massive monitor, since you'll probably need a second person anyway, and the weight might force the arm into the reclined position, so you're lifting rather than puling. Looks nice and seems genuinely sturdy, even around the assembly points.

Looks good and I like it
I bought the monitor for a little bit wider view while playing games and also to have a little bit more real estate when dealing with stuff I need to deal with like my budget and some writings and side-by-side webpages and whatever like that and this really does a good job it's not coming too regular old 4:3 monitors built-into one unit. On my MacBook, I can't really use high level graphics because they just don't have the power to support it, but I am sure the graphics and a high-powered gaming computer would be outstanding. Anybody who wants to donate a high-powered gaming computer to me let me know ha ha ha.Well, since I live in a little small RV, I need a way to tuck it up and away and so I do and it's really nice.

Decent for the price
Took about 15 minutes to setup and then another 10-15 to dial in the adjustments. Works great for an Odyssey G9. Wish the back plate was a biiit larger so that tilting the screen was easier but can't really complain at the price.
