I start my day with these in order to overcome the lack of sleep. After taking them for a week, I no longer have the lack of sleep. I'm getting better rest and I am able to recall more details in memory. These also help with energy in the first half of the day. Overall, I am noticing improvements all around when it comes to mood, energy, and positive mental acuity. I will not only purchase again, but in addition, I am looking into growing my own mushrooms. I have already grown some oyster mushrooms and it was well worth the experiment. I will soon be growing turkey tail mushrooms and some other culinary varieties. The price is not bad, but of course everyone wants things to be less expensive.

This for energy and she ended up giving me a couple of capsules and told me to try them and I only do one capsule but it does give me energy for at least a day and a half. It’s better than doing a B12 shot.

Hoping this would help my memory so far haven’t noticed anything. Still hoping.

This is not a bad review for the product itself, but just a reminder that some people react differently to this supplement. It made me very sleepy and I got headaches, read this can happen with some people, unfortunately I was one of them. Everything seemed like high quality with this brand though.

First off the price for the quantity was why I bought it. The smell and taste is my problem with it. I am not sure if I can return for refund now but it’s not my cup of tea.

I take in mornings for work. I can feel a difference within 20 mins. Definitely helps to be more clear minded! Helps me to work more efficiently and less distracted.

I’m definitely more aware and awake. I noticed that I can retain information easier and I can remember more throughout the day. So far so good
