991904SL Straight Pipe Muffler Replacement for 2014-2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 6.4L Hemi built by Solo Performance Compatible with Dodge and Ram Pickup Trucks

Only took about 20 min to remove the old muffler and throw this one in place. The sound is awesome, nice and deep growl. Haven't noticed the "drone" that some of the other commentors have mentioned but it has only been a few days. All the hardware was in the box, and fit perfectly. Glad I decided to make the purchase.

Ordered for my 2020 Ram 2500 Power Wagon the day I purchased (first week of March). Received direct from manufacturer in a week and installed the next day.First, the delete pipe was in excellent packaging. The pipe was solid, with quality bends and welds at hangers. The clamps were shiny and clean. No manufacturing defects at all.The install was impossible for a driveway mechanic. After I couldn’t free the tailpipe and resonator, I gave up and paid my local muffler guy (40yrs in the business), and he had some snags. Apparently there is a post to ensure alignment on the factory muffler and required some cutting. The factory new pipes were definitely on there good.The sound. AMAZING!!! Deep throaty tone that you expect from a beefy V8. It rumbles and wakes the wife when I come home from the midnight shift. And in Missouri, your still legal so long as a sound nullifying device (the resonator) is in place. Awesome product, especially for the price.

Came packaged very well. Installed in under an hour. Had some trouble removing the muffler from the hangers even using lube but once those are released the muffler comes right off. The sound is aggressive but not obnoxious. If you’re worried about cabin noise (“drone”) then maybe you should consider keeping the stock muffler. It’s going to happen. It’s a good product.

Good product

Fit perfectly on my 2015 Power Wagon. Great rumble and extremely loud when you floor it. Not loud in the cab but has a wonderful sound that makes you feel warm and happy inside.

It was a direct fit however, it had lots of drone, the clamps broke when installing so I had to buy my own. After install, the drone was too much. Tried to return it and they still charged a restocking fee and docked me for the broken clamps. Terrible experience. STAY AWAY!

It sounds very good at idle but only at idle

This makes the Hemi sound like the beast that it is. When you put your foot down, it will wake the dead with the roar that it creates. That part is awesome. The biggest issue was there is a very loud cabin drone between 1,500 - 1,900 RPM. That happens to be the sweet spot of the transmission. At 65-75 on the freeway, and 15 mph in first off-roading. So it meant 90% of the time I'm hearing a very annoying drone even with the windows up. Too much for me. Some folks may not be bother by it.
