Fantastic bird box. Delivery was quick & good communication with the seller. A quick nail (or screw) into the fence & it’s secured. We’ve already had some sparrows take a peek too!Update-Jun 2023We’ve now had baby blue tits nesting! First time having a bird use our nest boxes (that we are aware of). Loved watching the little blue tits feed & fledge. Fingers crossed we get them back next season! If you look closely you can see the chicks head from the hole 😁

This is a beautiful bird box which has had lots of attention from potential nesters since it was put up a couple of weeks ago.The only niggle is that the screws used seem to have a 'hex' top on them. Initially I thought they had been put together and the person assembling had chewed the screw heads up. On closer inspection, they're all alike so I think I need to purchase a hex screwdriver which is a bit of a pain. I'll need to take the top off at the end of each season to clean it out.Other than that, it's lovely and sturdy and has a slight slope to the roof so the rain can run off.Very happy with purchase and plan to buy some more.

Very sturdy and well made. I love silver Birch anyway and this was perfect.Will be putting it up later on in the year. Value for money too. Have seen this on other sites at a slightly higher price

Love this bird box, so natural looking. Blue tit claimed it the next day. I have 2 of these boxes and another on order. Very sturdy and will last for years. Prompt delivery too. Would highly recommend.

The bird box looks good and should do the job. However when I unpacked it the base fell off. Rather than return it I fixed the base back by making dowels and gluing. I didn’t really mind this as I had the tools to do it but shouldn’t have had to. Quality control should have picked this up.

Looks really attractive in the garden, where I have it mounted on a tree. The hole looks small, but is recommended for small birds like blue tits, up to great tit size. The bottom appeared damp during the wet weather, which made me wonder if water is getting in. Because the top is flat, ideally mount it at an angle to allow water to run off. There is a piece of wood attached to the back to mount the box, be aware this is quite fragile. At the end of the season, you will need to unscrew the top to clean it. I bought it too late in the year for a bird to roost in it, and it's too early yet for nesting birds, so don't know if it will be occupied!

Lovely product easy to fix

Hab ihn gleich nach Erhalt aufgehangen und kurz danach wurden dieser und noch ein weiterer Nistkasten auch schon begutachtet. Ich denke Mal, näcjstes Jahr zur Brustsaison werden diese Nistkästen bestimmt angenommen. Hatte vor zwei Jahren für meinen Schrebergarten schon Mal so einen gekauft und der wurde letztes Jahr auch angenommen. So bin ich also voller Zuversicht und freue mich schon darauf ,den gefiederten Nachwuchs aufwachsen zu sehen.... Allerdings würde ich noch etwas verbessern: eine kleine,ca. 5cm lange Sitzstange vor dem Einflugloch wäre für die Vögel auch sehr angenehm. Das hab ich mit dem im Garten gemacht. Wurde sehr gut angenommen....

Ein gut aussehender Nistkasten macht sich gut da ich von meiner Sitzecke alles gut beobachten kann macht einen stabilen Eindruck ich hoffe das er angenommen wird

Passt sich schön der Umgebung an, Ordentlich verarbeitet, aber ich habe bei den Meisen beobachtet, das ihnen das Einflugloch zu klein scheint und es an einer Sitzstange fehlt. Beides habe ich noch angebracht und es funktioniert nun.
