Hello...Lady's Starr clear of " Bella Nu moisturizer & Eye Serum. Ordered " trial samples back in April 2017 paying 4.95 shipping. Every Month I was getting sample s which I tossed aside. Did cut my finger while opening top of jar. Inside was a invoice sheet with/ 0 balance so I believed I owed 0. Contacted number sent on invoice to hear, that number never heard of Bella My skin care line. Frustrated.......Had to have Back surgery/ had a friend whom took over my bill paying for a period of time. In October 2018/ saw I was being charged close to 200.00 monthly for Bella My products. Called CA. # on my bank statement to find out I was doing business with 2 different co. " Healthy Skin" for moisturizer. Then " Glowing Skin" for eye serum. Found out their location was in FL Healthy Skin gave me a 2 month 100% return while " Glowing Skin only would give me 75 % for 2 months Am furious.... 1400.00 since last April !!!!! Shadey Co./ practices/ Am on SS Disability/ fixed income/ am trying to get full amount refunded.....So Surprizes Amazon's does business with them!!! Saw the price....Bizzare to what they have taken from me. Lady's BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Karen D.
