The price was good and the shipping was fast. Installed and setup was typical for a fork. Spent the next few rides dialing in the rebound and sag. The fork performed pretty solidly over the course of 1.5+ months. Then I started to notice that the fork was "sagging" so I first thought I may be losing pressure but I checked and it was still holding pressure. While riding I would have to pull back on the bars just to get the fork to fully rebound. And this is where things go south. I contacted Bucklos and it was obvious from the beginning of our comms that they either don't know anything about the product they sell or they were not interested in helping me with the problem. And now they have stopped responding to my request for assistance altogether. This is a first, I have had vendors I haven't been satisfied with their level of support, but they are refusing any level of support, even my simple request for a service manual. I know the risks of buying budget parts, the quality may not be up to par with more expensive higher quality counterparts. However, I still expect a seller to offer support for the products they sell. Lesson learned. I will break down the fork and ID the problem but not every buyer has experience servicing forks. Hence, if you want a seller who will stand by their product do yourself a favor and steer clear of Bucklos. My trash bin is starting to fill with other cheaper components I have bought in the past but I hope that I can save the fork as I do not consider a fork a disposable item. Stand behind your products or don't sell them, period.

Very pleased with the performance and quality at the price point!!Installed on an Ibis Ripmo AF for a budget build and I am very pleased at this point in time until I upgrade. I will say that I am in no hurry.My only complaint is that recently the dampener adjustment knob at the bottom of the fork fell off.I really hope that I can get a replacement.
