Brother I loaded mine with .12 gauge slugs.....not sure what 4 45 cal is.

I looked it over...no markings on the belt at all...and I have tossed the packaging a long time ago...sorry. It is a well made item!! The loops are tight and keep the shells from moving at all...till you need one!

Should work, I had to really stretch the material to make 12 gauge shells fit.
