Celebrity Lips Lip Plumper

I truly don't think there is such a thing as a lip plumper. This is such a waste of money. It's just very expensive lip gloss. It says it may tingle a little, but it doesn't at all. I'm done looking for a lip plumper, and ladies, just be happy with your lips just as they are...otherwise, you are going to go broke finding one.

What a total disappointment. It did nothing. Don't waste your money or time. Mine went back today.
