I was hesitant by reading the reviews but this sign works great. I ordered another one as a gift for my granddaughter.

Will not connect to app
Tried multiple times and unable to connect device to app. It says to make sure device is ready to pair, but no way to tell if sign is ready to pair. app will say connected and then say unable to connect. If anyone has any advice, I would be thankful.
