Artisan Kettle Organic White Chocolate Baking bar, 4 Oz (Pack Of 12)

I can't eat sweetened chocolate, and have gotten very fond of 100% cacao, which I use in various ways, usually along side dried figs for sweetness. A number of high quality 100% cacao bars seem to have gone off the market, and I'm really grateful that this company is still manufacturing theirs in the US. It has a wonderful texture and taste (yes of course it's bitter, but again, depends on what you pair it with), for a reasonable price. I highly recommend it. Please, Artisan Kettle peeps, don't stop making it!

Hello. I don't mean to give a bad review for these chocolates. I love them, and I would usually 5-star these unsweeteded organic chocolates. But I don't know where to put in my question about my current situation. In my most recent order for them, the dark chocolates are a lighter color than usual. And they're more brittle/dryer. I have been eating them, but I'm not happy about it. I'm wondering IF THIS BATCH ISN'T PERHAPS AN OLD BATCH THAT HAS BEEN ON THEIR SHELF FOR TOO LONG?

I like to snack on 100% dark chocolate. Without milk or sugar the flavor of the cocoa matters even more, so I've tried a bunch of brands and this one is my favorite. I've ordered it multiple times. It consistently arrives quickly, without damage, and is never past or even near the best-if-used-by date. This week was the first time I've ever had a problem. The chocolate arrived already bloomed/melted. Like completely melted to the point where it was all at the bottom of each box. Since the foil was now one with the chocolate and the texture wasn't very good I requested to exchange it for a new box. They made the process easy and had the new box to me in less than a week with no extra charge. The new chocolate is great, not melted or bloomed at all. I strongly recommend this product. It's a little pricy, but definitely worth the cost. After this box, I plan to order it again for myself.

This product is tasty and easy to use. It is a bit pricey, but worth it in the long run.

We like this chocolate. Since Hershey, which was the best, discontinued their chocolate baking bars, we found Artisan Kettle to be a good alternative. Being organic is an added bonus.
