Super easy to use, the wooden handle is a must if you do not want to get burned changing location of burner. Looks really nice and is durable.

Style and function
This burner was just the right size for my bamboo charcoal cube and allowed for a long burn time. I have no complaints, it does what it is suppose to and looks good.

Lovely but a little loose
This comes disassembled so you have to put it together. This is pretty straight-forward. However, I'm finding that the top tray will swing back and forth pretty easily no matter how tight the nut. The nut just keeps it from sliding down. So the top tray is often not aligned above the bottom. That being said, I like that I can move it around once incense is lit by holding the little wooden handle. It's nice and small and will fit anywhere and it's very attractive. The screen is getting black immediately, but I can't see how that wouldn't happen. I wish it came with tongs to safely adjust the charcoal once lit, however.

I like the deep bowl on the product. It works great as long as you do not over load the bowl.

Coconut shell charcoal did not burn. I used another charcoal and notice it does not burn correctly unless I invert the top shield.

Disappointing - Poor quality
I was pretty excited about this, but it is quite a disappointment. It is functional, but a cheap piece of crap.It is NOT shiny and rich-looking, like in the picture. It's made of very chintzy materials. The screws don't hold well anywhere, and the pan for the resin sits lopsided.For $40 I expect MUCH better. I'd be happy paying $8 for this in a new-age novelty shop. Unfortunately this appears to be the only such device on Amazon. Even still I'll be packing this back up and returning it.

No burnt smell! Finally!
Great product!Have been looking for something like this for a long time. Have used other burners and didn't like the burnt smell they produce. The incense sits in the metal cup above the flame and does not come into direct contact with it, eliminates the burnt smell. Lets you adjust the height away from the flame which allows you to control the scent level. Don't slide too close to the flame or you will get carbon buildup in the form of a powder on the underside. Make sure the flame is not physically touching the bottom and you should be fine.
