This product experience was a nightmare. I didn't notice right away, but when I went to move it, two casters just buckled, you can turn to tighten them forever and they never get tight. It seems that whatever the casters are supposed to screw into inside the base is missing threads or is broken. Amazon service was awesome about extending return times since it was such a hassle to disassemble and package for return because I had not saved the box. But when the replacement arrived, I was too busy and paid a handyman to assemble it and package the broken one for return. After all that time, expense and hassle, the new one had the same problem! Do not buy this unless you don't need wheels and can put something under the base to protect your floor.
