I ordered this product twice. Once, following the sizing guide as posted. It was much TOO large for me to wear. So I went down a size (to the smallest size available) and it is still too big. It's a shame because I am not the most petite person I know. I stand at 5'7 and I wear a dress size 4/6. The straps around the armpits are a lot more comfortable than I could have hoped for. My biggest issue is that because the sizing is still too big, in its smallest size, the adjustable waist strap isn't tight enough to pull it firmly against my lower back. I do a lot of readjusting throughout the day.

I got the smallest size because I am a small petite person. However, it seems even the smallest size is too big. The straps hold my shoulder back, but the band around the abdomen/waist is too big. I can only pull it so tight before running out of Velcro. Because the abdominal binder is loose, it keeps riding up and loosening the pull on my shoulders. I believe that it would work well if it were in a smaller size.It is of good quality although the bottom did fray after 3 days of use. The brace itself rather thick, it is noticeable if worn under clothing but not noticeable under a sweater or jacket.

I have Scoliosis since my high school and my long working hours at my computer is definitely not helping. Thus because of my bad posture, it’s getting more challenge to have a correct posture. I’ve been using this product for about a month.. i’m trying to use it when i am on the couch or do the dish wash.. i see it forces me to straight my back and it still feels comfortable. If you struggle from your hunched back, try, try to correct your body. Your body is your esset, keep straighting your back and keep smiling (my bf tells me always ;;)

"I have chronic pain in my left shoulder. The first thing I do in the morning is wear the brace for about an hour with an ice pad under the strap. During the day if I experience any pain in my shoulder or upper back I wear the brace for support. Four stars because I ordered the small which is still a bit large for me and the waist strap rides up and I have to keep adjusting it. Other than that, I love this brace! I highly recommend it."

I tried a number of supports before going with this one-- all of them pinched, chafed, and caused so much discomfort it was distracting. The design of this is well thought out and as a result, it's easy on, easy to wear, and easy off. The only "complaint" I have is how long the rods are, but that's the price (so to speak) of not having a custom support made. I have arthritis in my thoracic spine, and severe osteoporosis in my lumbar... this support is a gift.

Just pulled it out of the package and put it on. The material seems like it's a really good quality. It doesn't feel cheap m, or like it will come apart. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it doesn't seem to support the Lower back very well. Which I was hoping it would. But the upper back and mid back support is fantastic. I will update this as time goes on

I purchased two small size supports. It may have been better to purchase the medium size. I have been helped by using this support while working at home, on my computer.
