Practical guide
In this a guide book for parents , they will learn different strategies and Tactics for parenting children with AD.H.D. I thought there was a lot of great information.I enjoyed the section on positive Blbecause sometimes that can get a negative connotation. This book is written with empathy and understanding that not all children are the same and helps parents find what will work for their kids. Great read.

Good read
It was a good book to get all the fundamentals of understanding and dealing with ADHD without it making it feel like an overload of information. The last few pages with short versions of the technique/explanation is really convenient when needing to revisit on how to handle situations.
