I love this little scanner
This is such a convenient little scanner. My only mild complaint is the super small non-descriptive dongle. I'm mildly concerned that I'll forget what it's for, but it's so tiny there's really much of any room to label it. I only mention that because I'm stretching for anything to complain about. I just wish it was Bluetooth compatible so I could use it with my phone. That would make it perfect.

Handy!
This is great for someone who runs their own little shop and needs to do inventory quickly. I think it is cool that it has an LCD screen where it tracks the amount of items scanned etc. The only thing is, there's not a really good explanation of what to do with that data. It seems like you are supposed to be able to transfer it to your computer like a USB memory stick, but the manual doesn't have a clear explanation on how to do that.Regardless, though, the item connected quickly to my computer and I had absolutely no issues with scanning anything.

Competent Device if a little slow
The scanning engine of this device seems to be one of those that is purely optical with a camera based approach. The upside of this, is that it has handled everything I've thrown at it so far. The downside is that it tends to take a little longer than it feels like it should to scan codes. The LED light (and red 'scanline') it projects is certainly bright enough to get the job done. Though, the red light that is designed to emulate the way a laser looks on a traditional scanner leaves a lot to be desired as it's more of a hint than a solid guide. The actual scanning ability works in a much larger range than it would imply, which can be a plus and a minus depending on your application. As long as you aren't in a hurry to do hundreds of codes an hour though, I think this little device should hit just about every other need quite easily. I would have liked to see it in a little easier to hold/trigger form factor, but the convenience of the tiny size shouldn't be understated.A very cool thing that the camera based scanners like this one seem to come with these days, is a multitude of features that can be toggled by scanning specific codes found in the manual. The print in the manual is *very* small though which makes it difficult to do. However, once you get it set up the way you like, the settings stick so you don't have to worry about doing it again (unless you want to change something.) I'm hoping they'll publish a PDF version of the manual for ease of use (and so I can save that file rather than trying to keep track of the little booklet.)The final note about this one that other scanners of this ilk have not done is the display. It's a small but legible screen that allows a fair number of settings to be adjusted without using the setting code scans. It shows the recent scan and even has a built in counter (which definitely helps keeping track of false positives and accidental scans.)It's not an "industrial" grade device, but it is going to do nicely for anyone who doesn't want to spend triple digit money on a professional scanner.

Tiny; easy to use; ready out of box; perfect for travelers needing barcode scanner
-so tiny this is perfect for traveling-uses a dongle and it is loose so could get lost or left behind-ready to scan out of box; plug and scan-comes with guide and codes to scan for various situations-usb-c charging/cable-so handy for having to deal with many barcodes-recommend for sure

Works out of the box, very handy
This scanner is tiny. Getting it to work was quick and easy. Plugged in the USB dongle into the PC and was ready to scan. The manual, while brief, explains things well and provides a number of barcodes to configure the scanner. I configured it to be quiet in seconds. Scanning is quick. Squeeze the button, point the red light at a (1D) barcode, and you see the barcode text show up on the PC. Charging is easy using a USB-C cable and a standard charger.Only downside to me: the USB dongle is loose, it does not store in the body of the scanner. Depending on your usage, that may or may not be an issue.

Great handheld scanner!
Works just great. Nice and easy to set up and use. Soon as I set it up, it just worked. Highly portable which is very nice, and the lanyard helps you not lose it quite so easily. Highly recommended for ease of use.

Must scan a code for every action
I was able to attach it to my phone and scan things. However the single button makes it difficult to use. You have to scan a barcode for every function. The lack of an on/off button is frustrating. The laser is weak and takes some effort for scanning. The bluetooth connection worked well.
