I really like the fact that this band, though narrow, is thick. It feels substantial in the hand. I feel like it'll last quite some time before it gives out. The resistance is very good on this as well. I like the versatility of the resistance by varying the ways you can use it. Portability for travel is important and this a great way to keep up with a fitness routine while on the road. I'd also recommend it for truck drivers or others who live on the road as well. For me, sometimes I just don't want to drag out the heavy weights and this allows me to get a workout in quickly if I'm short on time. Great price, great item.

I use this workout band when I'm traveling. Allows me to do seated rope position pull-ups and fly stretches. Allows a good workout when time is tight. Will recommend. Will be looking for additional weights in the future. Good deal for the money quality is fine.

I like this band. It is easy to use and gives ok resistance. However I felt that the diameter was too small and it ended up hurting my hand a bit. They could have made it a little bit shorter. I feel like it is designed for a 6 foot person and I didn't get the amount of resistance I wanted. I had to double it up to feel the resistance.

This resistance band is at the perfect elasticity for my uses. I use it to stretch before and after lifting to make sure that I don't injure myself. It's length is great for all the stretches that I do and overall just have no complaints with it!

I grabbed this band to use to use for assisted pull-ups and chin ups and it has not let me down, pun intended. It is super strong and and I it makes a world of difference when beginning pull-ups. The band is thick and strong, but doesn’t hurt the hands when using it for curls or triceps, and for the money was a phenomenal deal.
