I returned it because I needed it for hip swelling due to lymphedema above my thigh high compression. It doesn't have any compression for hips or thighs. It would work well for holding in the belly, and it was comfortable. I sized down based on other reviews and it fit well. I'm 5'2 120lbs and got a small, the legs hit just below the knee.

These leggings are so comfortable it secures you very well I am about a size 20-22 I have a very curvy body I have been wearing these everyday hand washing them literally you need a min of 5 pairs because you will notice a difference I usually get body pains and my pain is decreased when I wear this garment. I have 3xl and will be buying a 2xl as soon as it reshaped my body and a slim down. Literally it lifts your buttocks and secures your stomach making it very seamless wearing dresses casual attire business attire or as I wore today church garments.
