I love that I only have to take one capsule and it works like it should.

I originally wanted the organic version of this same brand. I found it gave great results fairly quickly without cramping, for occasional constipation or bloating. However that version is out of stock and so I settled. This product did not give the same results.at.all. I didn't notice anything in fact with taking it. It didnt matter if it was 1 pill or 2. I hope the organic version will be sold again soon.

I have been using another product which is way better and of course the price is a bit higher. Not satisfied with the results so I am going back to my old one.

I usually take senna tablets that have 8.6 mg of senocides. This is made with 500 mg of organic senna leaf powder. I'm not entirely certain of the difference other than the ingredients. There is a warning on here that concerns me. It states that "this product can expose you to chemicals including lead which is known...to cause cancer". This warning is not on my regular senna tablet container. This is concerning: especially considering that this is supposed to be all natural. I take senna daily due to meds that cause constipation. Because this is made with natural Senna, I will hesitantly (because of the lead warning) recommend this product. If for some reason it does not act like it should after more uses, I will update this review.

Very effective without upsetting my stomach.

This is my Night routine now with green tea help my regular bowel movement.

I take just one before bedtime and it works very well.
