This is my second purchase for this cap and still love itI bought this for a gentleman who had a birthday party coming up and his theme was nautical. He was the captain of his sailboat for many many years after he retired from the Air Force, him and his wife live on a boat therefore we had a wonderful birthday party and I wanted him to have a captains hat and I will be buying this again. So my daughter is having a birthday party in May and her theme is also nautical and she loves the hat… I tried it on and it fits beautifully it’s a fun piece to have and it Was very well-made I must admit…

I joined a model sailboat club, and wanted this hat to wear while sitting with the boys in a lawn chair and sailing my boat around the lake. Sometimes I even wear boat shoes. This is a very inexpensive hat and up close looks a bit misshapen, but from a few feet away, it looks like a real captain's hat. It was the look I was going for, for the price I was willing to pay.

Purchased as a novelty gift to give a well respected person on the night of retirement infront of a crowd of people. It is flimsy enough to hide in a suit pocket or in my case, trumpet case. Looks great and perfect for showmanship. If your trying to impress the wearer representing it as anything but a novelty, your will be discovered. To wear for a night or hang on a shelf perfect.

Seems like this could be a nice hat, but the 1st hat and the replacement both showed up mangled inside the bag they were shipped in. A crease in the brim and the metal band the forms the crown strangely warped in a way that made the hat look horrible. If they could package the hat better for shipping, possibly this would be a good purchase.

its really great for what you pay. However its very out of shape. its clear that its been stored in a bag to smal for some time. I had to take the crappy wire out. Ive instead cut some card bored and it looks great now. its really great for the price just know you might need to do some modifications.

I purchased this hat to keep the sun off my head for a summer barbecue. It did the job perfectly and I received so many compliments on it. People keep saluting me all afternoon! One of the hats was giant, and the other one was lopsided. The coozies have both things printed on each one, which is odd.
