What a disappointment!
The only positive thing about this product is that it’s sturdy unlike the Mopar ones. Unfortunately I had multiple issues with this product and the details are below:1. I was sent 4 passenger side grab handles instead of 2 driver side and 2 passenger side. See picture #1. I had to install it in the wrong direction so that it would line up properly2. It wasn’t painted properly. You can still see the primer in picture #3 and it was shipped with a chip in one of them, see picture #2.3. This unnecessary button was sent broken and now it sticks out, see picture #4.What a waste of $110. I would not recommend.

American Designed but still Cheap Chinese Crap
I was really excited when I first received these in their fancy packaging but once I opened it I was quickly disappointed by many factors in the quality of the product. Cheap nylon feeling, very low quality paint job (I opted for the red), and frankly not very comfortable when installed. I should have sprung for the mopar set but wanted to give another American company a chance and realized I failed when I opened a package and saw in very large letters that it was "DESIGNED IN AMERICA -- MADE IN CHINA". I don't want cheap Chinese garbage on a $60,000 gladiator and normal consumers are quickly running out of good American, German, or Japanese options. These things cheapen my jeep I would not recommend. If I could return these overpriced Chinese mess I would.

Straps and pouch are disintegrating
Beware of this product. I purchased this in March of 2018. I installed immediately upon receipt. Today (10/23), I went to remove the flashlight from the attached pouch and it ripped, more like came apart, along both sides. I then tried to remove the pouch and both straps that fasten around the roll bar fell apart. The top on my jeep is up the majority of the time, so I doubt this could be due to exposure.

Very good, but with a little more quality control they would be perfect.
This is a nice product. Easy to install and to figure out how to install, please ignore the reviews who say it was difficult, they must be missing brain cells.I have a JL, and the passenger side can not use the flashlight pouch due to the thickness of the roll bar. The straps itnslips into end too up, around the top of the roll bar. No big deal, but wasn't stated in anything I've read. They do "fold out of the way" but they easily fall down when you drive over moderate bumps.I have a spiderweb shade installed, you have to undo the elastic straps of the shade, install the grab bar, then reattack overtop of the grab bar sleeve. Annoying, but understandable.Several areas of frayed string on the straps of one grab bar. Cut them off but still, where's a little quality control. Other than that great quality, looks awesome (way better than any cloth strap, and feels pretty secure.UPDATE: they will burn the hell out of your hands when in the hot Jeep (top and windows up) for a while. Even if you use the ugly Velcro padding your knuckles can get burned on the top. Be careful.

Good quality but fits awkwardly
No clear distinction between left and right. You almost feel like you received all left or all right side and you have to mingle with them to get them to fit right. I'll try to reinstall but this is just to give an idea why I thought they fit awkwardly. Also, the material in one of them seems to be bigger than the metal handle so it crumbles in the middle. If your body moves to the side a bit, which one has to do when you get in the back of the 2 door jeep, the handle will slide and grab the material with it. Hard to explain but in summary its not very helpful or convenient to use when you clime to the back seat. In order to move it out of way and use as advertised, you'll have to twist the whole thing 90 degrees until the pointy end is on the side of the crawl bar and not on the top anymore. It seems to set better that way. Its useful when you are inside the car though. I'm gonna use it for a while but may look for something else.

What are your expectations from a grab handle?
I don't usually write reviews but thought I would share my honest experience with this product. The installation instructions are not very good. They have small pictures that are scattered all over a small piece of paper and don't follow a logical progression from start to finish. But a Jeep owner can figure it our. The product has two little Velcro straps on one side that are not covered in the instructions so it isn't clear what to do with them. It's easier to install this product if you remove the roof tops - otherwise it's almost impossible to get the larger Velcro straps to line up and pulled tight - this is not mentioned in the instructions. The product comes with little wraps that go around the grip section of the handle but, because of the size and positioning of the Velcro, you can not pull them tight around the handle. The product appears to be sturdy and well built and the stitching seems to be done well. I like that the handle can be positioned such that I can have my elbow bent at 90 degrees - just more comfortable for me. I like that the product can slide along the roll bar for individual passenger/driver positioning. The product comes with two little pouches which don't appear to be very functional. I removed them because they just made the installation more cumbersome. I may try adding one of them to the driver side just to hold a ball point pen.

Great quality, but not worth the hassle.
I will have to say that the quality of these handles is outstanding, but there are multiple issues that make it not really worth the price.1. They decided to go with a "Universal" design, instead of dedicated Drivers/Passenger sides. That isn't bad, unless you intend to install the Utility Pouch. It's easy to do on the drivers side, but it doesn't install securely on the passengers side.2. No matter how tight you get it, if you have roll bar padding it will slip and slide around. Since one of the selling points of these are the fold up handles, when it slides the handles end up not where you expect them to be.

Great Product!!!...but,
I really like the fit and function. Would have given 5 stars, but they sent me 2 for the driver side. Needed one passenger and one for the driver side. Still works, but they screwed up packaging them. Come on guys, get it together as this is not the only time this has been done.

Very happy with the quality
Love the quality of these grips. They make them universal so there is no left and right, you just switch it around to fit the other side. I did find the ones on the right (passengers side) locates the little extra pocket kinda high up but unless the use of these pockets are regular and critical this is not a huge issue.

Cheap quality NO QA
This product is way overpriced for what you are gonna get. You need to install it in the wrong direction so that it would line up properly! Ridiculous. I bought the similar item from China directly and it has way better quality and more effort into the product.Like others, it was shipped with a chip in one of the red handles.

Perfect for Jeep JL
I love these handles and the red ones I chose go great with my Rubicon dash. I don't use the little flashlight holders as they flop around too much but they are easily removable. My wife and kids use them all the time getting in my Jeep JL.

slick product, a little pricey but quick delivery
the "fold-up" handles don't stay up very long - looking into a fix to secure then better (velcro? magnets?)
