Introduction:I purchased this starter kit because I wanted to get a Swiffer Sweeper of my own. I had one in university and it was effective at cleaning tiled floors, and lighter than a regular mop. I noticed that the price of this kit was cheaper than purchasing just the sweeper itself, and I could also make use of the dry and wet pads, so I purchased this kit.Pros:Easy to clean tiled floors.Does not buildup with dirt since a new paper towel is attached on each cleaning.The paper towel refills are convenient to use because they can be disposed of without cleaning them as well.Cons:The paper towel refills are an extra, perpetual expense.Sometimes a single refill is not enough to clean a floor; you may need to use multiple during one cleaning session.Additional Information:This kit includes a new Swiffer Sweeper.The wet refills have certain scents added to them.It is possible the refills could be replaced by rags or regular paper towel brands that are durable and extra-long.Conclusion:I think the Swiffer Sweeper is a convenient cleaning item to have around the house or apartment. I am not fond of the refills, and I have tried to find cheaper alternatives. Some paper towel brands can work but rags are generally a better alternative, though harder to clean. Overall, I think this is a great product. I'm glad it was created, and I'm happy to use the sweeper itself without purchasing the wet and dry refills.

The media could not be loaded. The Swiffer is simplicity itself, and it works like a charm, whether on hardwood or tile/Travertine floors. Being a bachelor, I tend to make a lot of miscellaneous messes, some of which I can't recall the origins of... Swiffer corrects my mystery messes, while also just making the whole sweeping/mopping process far simpler than when I was a kid (I'm 46 now).Replacing wet or dry cloths is done the same way - you simply pull off the used one, toss it, and replace it with a new one. There are four "push holes" (for lack of whatever the correct term is) and the cloth simply wraps around the mop face, and your press the four corners of the cloths into the holes. Done and done!The starter set comes with wet and dry refills, though in my experience I tend to use the wet cloths far more than the dry. Dry works well, though, for my hardwood floors. Wet, I find, works best in my kitchen on my Travertine - especially after a spill, and even moreso if it's something sticky, like soda.For whatever small bit that it's worth, I do make every effort to clean spots - esp in the kitchen - with a wet rag and a good "green" cleaner. I definitely wouldn't recommend using the Swiffer as your new scrubber - it's not designed for that kind of cleaning. The Swiffer, I find, is more for the general cleaning days, and just keeping the house or apartment floors clean. Lesson learned: you can also end up wasting a lot of Swiffer cloths - and money - by trying to use the Swiffer like a scrubber. I have used Swiffer products for years. Quick and easy and the scents for the pads are refreshing.

I bought this to do quick clean ups in two small bathrooms with tile floors and it does a Great Job. No Complaints at all. I am not sure it is up to the task of a large kitchen floor as this kit ACTUALLY comes. The description says: Starter kit includes 1 Sweeper, 6 dry sweeping cloths, 4 wet mopping cloths, and 1 Swiffer Duster. IN REALITY you will be getting 1 Sweeper, TWO dry sweeping cloths, ONE wet mopping cloth and NO Swiffer Duster. You will not be getting 4 extra dry cloths, 3 extra wet cloths, and you will not get a duster. One wet cloth will not be enough to do a large floor. It gets too dirty. Even for the $8.00 I paid it is a decent price it you want to try it out. I would have gladly paid a little more to get a Starter Kit as it was described.. I could have actually done my whole house and had enough pads left to tide me over until I ordered the refills. I may do as others suggested and just order pads I can toss in the washer and reuse. The swiveling head makes it very easy to do a quick mop and clean.

This is nicely made, lightweight, and easy to use. I don't know if I would recommend for use in bigger areas as it is lot more efforts to clean the cloth repeatedly. The mop head pivots properly allowing you to get under objects like your couch.I use this with microfiber cleaning cloths, not the disposable cloths they try to get you to buy. You can use the cloths dry to dust or wet to clean. It's fast, easy, and makes my floors super clean. The disposable cloths don't work as well and I refuse to throw away money on them.This is easy for storage as can be dismentled & again put together easily without much efforts.

I bought the starter kit on Amazon (and wet mop refills at Costco) a few months ago. I live in a mostly carpeted apartment with a small kitchen that has tile floors. I think this swiffer is perfect for what I need. One wet mop will clean my floor well and leave a nice clean scent (which disappears in a day). I mop once a week and it's always astounding how much stuff is on my floor.I recommend this for:- small spaces- people who hate mopping but find it necessary- light useI agree with reviews that the mop doesn't "cling" to everything. I usually take the mop cloth off, and use the back side of the cloth to pick up the leftovers on the floor. This works really well, even if it's a little more effort. I also don't recommend this if you have a large area to clean because you'll need more than one cloth and it's not worth it. But for my small kitchen (~100 sq ft), it's a perfect size.

If you hate cleaning, buy a Swiffer Sweeper. Our house gets dusty insanely fast & cleaning is a drag to constantly have it looking decent. So we bought a Sweeper & now it honestly takes a few minutes every other day to clean the floor & surfaces - the dry cleaning cloths really slide easily across the floors + pick up everything very effectively. The wet wipes, not so great (they tend to fall apart easily).Overall, 5/5 - just we'll stick with the dry cleaning cloths

Il classico per la pulizia della casa, soprattutto delle parti lucide (io lo uso per il parquet), dove la polvere non si riesce a togliere ma solo a spostare... Con questi panni antistatici la polvere vi rimane attaccata e quella che viene spostata non si carica elettricamente quindi può venire poi facilmente prelevata con una cassetta.

Tuve un modelo de esta marca que me ha encantado, pero tras el paso de los años se estropeó y la busqué y sólo este modelo me convenció porque es la más parecida a la mía. Me encanta es más vistosa pero igualmente efectiva.

This is a fantastic 'mop'. It is so easy to manoeuvre under furniture and makes light and easy work of wood and linoleum. I was worried when the excellent wipes ran out because they are so pricey. I tried several other brands and eventually stumbled across a range at Home Bargains which are perfect! They are the ones in the blue packaging called 'Cleanit'. The wet versions are amongst the other wet wipes. They even have the scrubbing band and the smell is very mild and neutral. The dry versions are found near the cloths. Both are perfect for the swiffer - much more generously sized than the other brands I have tried and therefore stay put. I almost forgot to add, the wipes cost only 99p for 12 wet and 69p for the dry (a box).

Great broom and mop, makes cleaning the floors so much easier because the wand is very lightweight. Cleaning is a breeze now. I had to use weighty mops with the white head (I dont know how you'd refer to them) everytime I tried to mop the floor. This is saving me from all that hassle.
