The frame opening measures 4" x 6" - *sonogram pictures can vary in size. Some people will put a pretty piece of scrapbook paper or giftwrap behind the photo to fill in any gaps. If your picture is too small/large to fit, a suggestion would be to take a picture of the sonogram and then you can trim the photo or make it 4"x 6" to fit instead of using the actual baby sonogram (which is very sentimental).
