I received this quickly, as I needed it right away.It is an attractive sign.But I will be returning it because it has zero reflectivity, despite explicitly saying in thedescription that it is reflective. Without reflectivity, it defeats the purpose.That is willfully deceptive.What is the point, if you just have to refund money and process the return?
