Speed Racer Mach 5 Pull Back Motorized Collectors model 1/43 Scale

This toy broke literally within minutes of opening it. The spring on the motorized wheels broke so it no longer propels itself. Also, the body of the car is plastic and I thought it was die cast metal. The top half of the plastic body is separated from the bottom half. I do not recommend purchasing this toy.

Broke the first day and is only the size of a matchbox car. For the price I paid- almost $20 I expected more than what I got. Very disappointed.

Smaller than i thought it would be.. it is about the size of a match box car..

Very good quality. Excellent car.

I expected it a lot larger than what I got, it's for a 5 and 3 year old and it appeared by the description that it was bigger than what it was and durable. But not so.

my son really likes racing it against the racer X car looks just like the original car from the cartoon

It is 1:43 scale which is around 4 inches long. It is made of plastic, and feels very light. I ended up finding this on e-bay for less. There are three of these that are sold separately - Mach 5, Shooting Star and Snake Oiler.
